In order to create the safest environment, with minimal chances of contracting this virus, we’ve had to put strict rules in place.
We understand some people may not think some of our practices are necessary, but being over prepared is better than not.
Entering into our 2nd year of Covid-19 in Alberta and Canada, We just wanted to notify clients that face masks are optional. We understand that the province is lifting mandates, however we will be taking the necessary precautions in order to keep our staff and our community safe. If you choose to wear a mask while entering our establishment, your stylist will mirror you and wear a face mask as well.We will also be doing temperature checks upon arrival to make sure you are healthy and safe. We will continue to practice our sanitation methods to keep a clean environment for you to enjoy.
We are moving into this newest opening phase with cautious optimism and want to remain as safe as possible as we continue to monitor case-numbers and ease back into this new normal. Thank you for your continuous love and support. We are so proud to be a part of this community.

My amazing stylist is Courtenay, she knows my hair, knows the risks I’m willing to take and pushes me to try new things with my hair. Beyond that, she is a kind soul and I treasure my time in her chair. Thank you for being the best salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my hair done by Lauren. I requested to book a time asap as my hair was discoloured by another salon and was upset with the faded result. Lauren responded promptly and set a time within a few days. She listened to my hair concerns and was honest with what she could achieve, something that was not done at previous salons. She provided hair education throughout my time at the salon and the results were amazing! I am so happy with the color and style. I recommend Lauren without any hesitation and will be returning regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a balayage done by Mackenzie Andrews. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at the salon. However, when I went home I realized that there were a few things that did not look right with the colouring. I had a brassy band around my head where my hair was newly bleached and my highlights were not blended properly into my roots. I understand that mistakes can happen, which is why I did not get too upset. I messaged her and asked if she can correct it for me which she agreed to and set up an appointment for me. All was good until she decided to cancel my correction appointment and gave it to another customer. This was really frustrating for me because she was aware that I wasn't going to be in town for long and needed my hair fixed asap. If mistakes are made, I believe it should be your priority to fix it instead of ignoring your customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually leave reviews but I HAD to after my recent visit. I hadn't been to Bliss in several years. I had moved and it was just too far. Fast forward 7 years and I thought I would give it a try again. I am super picky with my hair so it is always a bit nerve wracking trying someone new. My sister in law suggested Nichole. I ended up going for a cut and color consult. She was fantastic! I absolutely love my cut. We also chatted about color for my next appointment. I was going from blonde to copper. That is a huge change so you have to have a lot of trust in someone to get it right! :) SHE NAILED IT. Exactly like the photos I showed her. She was lovely. Super professional, confident in the color selections, friendly and really easy to work with. I was blown away by the results.
The salon was super clean (lots of sanitizing between clients) and everyone working was very friendly. Their prices are very fair and appointment booking was super easy.
I would highly recommend the salon and ESPECIALLY Nichole!
Thank you for my fabulous new color. I am loving it <3

She is one of the most professional hair stylists I have ever worked with. She is honest, knowledgeable and willing to try new things too! For me she's done full hair color, foils, balayage, wedding updos, makeup applications and more! Last week she helped me put some fun summer balayage color into my hair and its looks great! I would definitely recommend Remi and all the girls at Bliss Hair to anyone looking for a friendly, professional and knowledgeable hair stylist!
