They have a great variety of strains and the store is bright and welcoming. Their giveaway this month is amazing! Connor and Isaac helped us out and they are fantastic. They are knowledgeable and passionate about the products. Their suggestions were spot on. Evan was there, too :) We will definitely be back!!!

I got 28 grams for $103 with my first order discount, and Kaleb even gave us some free mugs with it! Overall 10/10 best cannabis store I’ve ever been to!

Mia was absolutely a perfect example of what customer service should be. She was so nice and easy to talk to it made me feel like I was actually chatting with an old pal. A very beautiful store, and the employees are even more impressive. I've been helped by many people who have all given me excessive amounts of interesting information and guidance to help me better choose the products I'm after. Kaleb, Tyler and Mia have all been wonderful to talk to and are all clearly educated and well versed in the field. Everyone is so nice that it feels a little bit like home every time you come back, which makes all the difference to a guy like me. Impressive selection and competitive prices make this my go to store every time I'm in the area, definitely try it out next time you are too!

The store inside is clean, clearly displayed, and easy to navagate in. Loved the vibe and loved the kickass service I was given. Breana was super helpful in picking out what we needed and made it a less boring experience. Go here when you want great service, weed after 11pm and a good vibe.

It’s intimidating at times with such a selection. I can finally empathize with choice paralysis. After meeting Rhianna (and testing her first choice), I haven’t gone anywhere since. I have never felt as comfortable in a cannabis store, until my experience at Brightleaf. Great selection. Great hours - I’m a night owl. Amazing Service. I very much look forward to my “education / opinion sessions” with Rhianna, as I do as part of my weed experience. P.S. I’m using my husband’s account. And a bit baked ?

Despite my desire to support a locally owned business, the less than consistent customer service at your shop has led me to ultimately decide to take my business elsewhere. Frankly, I have never had as poor an experience — in any retail business of any kind — than I had when I last visited your store. I really wanted to support your business because it is locally owned. But, I cannot do that when I am treated poorly in your shop and when your competitors consistently treat me well. Perhaps you should review your hiring & training processes as your competitors apparently do not have these issues. Some of your staff are great; I expect you know who they are. And, unfortunately, one staff member has caused me cease to support your business.
