I found the sushi rolls to be a bit overpriced for the size compared to other places in the Edmonton area, but overall it wasn’t too bad. I would recommend checking this place out and having some of their nigiri + the Japanese fritters!

They unlocked the doors for us and let us in and sat us, even though they weren't technically open yet. Our waitress was the most pleasant, happy, friendly waitress I have ever had. The food was perfect and tasted amazing. I will be back often!

I think the place is more suited for an intimate meal and might not be the best option for big groups of more than 4 people. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Recently needed to order a meal for a number of family members for a special occasion. Sushi Park staff went out of their way to sit down with us and help to put together a wonderful menu for the occasion. Thank you Sushi Park for making this a memorable moment

The staff were very attentive and polite. The food was great! We even had the pleasure of getting some samples. We will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu

The ICE COLD Sushi Rice taste like sugarcane, it seems like they pour all the sugar they can into the rice. The french kiss roll came too in ICE COLD temperature when it supposed to be deep fried, and comes with load of SAUCES! Nothing but sauces, I feel like I am just eating sauces and nothing else, can not taste the scallop, can not taste crab salad, can not taste anything BUT sauce. The roll itself was soooooooo tiny, even the soy sauce dip is bigger than the sushi roll! And this is roll is $20! As for the sashimi, it was sooooo tiny again, it was kinda fishy too... For the amount of money I paid. THIS IS TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT! This is my first time getting food from this place, and it will be the last time! The restaurant did give me a free side of beans. Honestly, I prefer you make your food right then giving me free food.

We decided to try some place new and absolutely were correct in picking Sushi Park. The food came out quickly, was warm and tasted amazing. The time taken to have the carrots cut into flowers was just a great touch to make the plate set up look appealing! The 4 star is only because the guy who took our order forgot to come back out with our drinks, and we had to ask again for them. Short of that it was a wonderful experience from start to finish, staff were polite and helpful, food was incredible and full of flavor, and the wait time wasn't long at all. 100% will be going back :)

Beef Udon ($15.5) Unagi Basic Roll ($9.5) for 6pcs Chopped Scallop Basic Roll ($9) for 6pcs Salmon Sashimi ($10) for 4pcs Tempura Donburi ($15.5) aka Tempura rice bowl Yakiudon ($16) aka Stir-fry Beef Udon on a hotplate. Alaska Special Roll ($14) aka California roll+salmon top Unagi Nigiri Sushi ($3.5/pc) aka BBQ Eel Inari Nigiri Sushi ($2.1/pc) aka bean curd sushi Fried Salmon Collar (Free, on the house) I like Beef Udon and Unagi Sushi the most! The soup base was full of flavour. Unagi was "creamy" and a big piece of meat. I got high expectations from Google Maps reviews and saw lots of SkipTheDish orders going out. Indeed, I was really impressed by this small restaurant.
