Fran knows how each client wants their hair cut and she does a great job every time. Very friendly place and treat all of the ladies are friendly and very professional.

Wish i could remember her name it was long while back I just forgot until recently but had an almost traumatic experience. My lady was an absolute nightmare. Like almost literally! Booked a colour trim to be done. Wanted purple ombre but she did red peekaboo instead and fried my hair with the bleach so badly it fell out for years i had to part my hair the other way because the one side was bald as she got one side of my head. I was pretty self conscious about it. 3years later im still getting it fixed at the ends. This actually is not what made it so bad. The entire time she talked about how she must be bipolar. That she was fired from her previous chair because she never paid her rent on time and she wanted to kill her old boss so badly for his impatience! What?? Often she stopped to make sure I said words of agreement. Her movements were so dramatic I feared she would get me with the scissors since she already splashed me with dye. I wanted to leave but my hair was already with colour. Told me, scissors in hand, it would cost $200+... Then she followed me to the desk, probably to make sure I didn't complain or something but I ended up paying 270$ she kept telling me using my full name to have a nice day and we should be friends that she had my number and would call me up sometime! This whole event was so unbelievably... well nutjob... that I never came back. Needless to say I did not tip her. I expect a 300$ trim and colour job in a fancy city, probably by a celebrity stylist or something more experienced/ talented, not a small town salon. I'm sure this place is great, but that girl chased me away for good.
