I got a fairly serious eye infection and tried this clinic since none of the other walk in clinics were taking patients for the day. This place didn't have anyone waiting and I can see why. The receptionist was abrupt, hostile and said they didn't take out-of-province health cards -- and I'd have to pay. When I politely said I thought health cards were recognized in every province (but said I'd pay), she told me to leave and never come back.

G	Gary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Benmokhtar is about as personable as a hole in the wall, my family and I found a doctors office closer to us in the town we actually live in and when we asked to have our files transferred they charged us $100 even though we picked the files up ourselves!!!! Obviously just out to make money not provide service to the public!

P	Paige Turko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give negative stars I would. Came here at 3:45pm, says their open tell 4:30 so didn’t see a problem. Walk in and was told the dr left already…. What? One of the only days this week I could get time off to goto the dr and he leaves early. Can’t even tell you how annoyed I am, I won’t be coming back here again. Probably wouldn’t have a doctor anyways.

Then your clinic is not open tell 4:30pm if your staff is just doing paper work and the public can’t use this service. Your hours should be updated to reflect upon this. Shouldn’t have to call to check when your drs are in if it’s says your open tell 4:30.
R	Rhett Ogilvie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would absolutely avoid this place. The doctors are very rude and dismissal of all issues. I felt I was treated like I was stupid when talking about issues. Totally dismissed me. I’ve never ever been treated like that in my life. If you are a woman or have any medical concerns at all, DO NOT GO HERE. I was told nothing was wrong with me for certain issues, half the things I didn’t even discuss with the doctor cause I felt I was being rushed and he wanted it over and down with. Either way they do not care. Simple as that. The receptionists are decent but break confidentiality once in awhile it seems. Blatantly telling another client about a clients medical stuff.
