C	Chrystal Coleman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nurse at this centre injected my infant with a vaccination she didn't need by mistake and I had to go BACK in to get the right one. And the nurse was not apologetic at all. How do mistakes like that happen? Unacceptable.
A	Alexandra Helena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early on August 12th to be told by reception that I am extremely early and that it’s more for children to arrive early for their appointment. Snarky comment with a laugh. Brunette receptionist. Extremely rude and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I hope this location finds receptionists that are more friendly and professional.
J	Janette Aiers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible experience dealing with them receptionist is rude. my son is new to being an adult and still needs his parents to be involved in his health care and they refuse to acknowledge his request even the public health nurses. Insist they will only communicate with him even after numerous requests by him to include his parents.
T	The MRS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my first baby and despite being very well read on the baby books and such, coming home from hospital was very different. First night home, baby was having a hard time feeding and sleeping. I called the Healthy Beginings hotline and was helped through to problem solve and calm my concerns. The next day I had my first visit and the clinic was very accommodating to come to the house as I hadn’t slept well and didn’t feel prepared to pack baby up to leave. Appointment was very thorough and my husband and I felt way more prepared following this visit. I was scheduled for a follow up call the next day which again helped confirm what I was doing. I had to go in the next day as I noticed baby’s yellowing worsening and I wasn’t confident in my own assessment. They fit me in same day and on top of a check on jaundice levels, got baby weighed and was not rushed out so I could feed baby. And to top things off, the next day baby peed in his eye which started to progressively discharge over the next hours. I used the hotline again and helped develop a game plan. I am fortunate to have lots of family friends and support but the first several days of baby’s arrival, I wouldn’t have felt as sure and supported without this clinic. My questions were heard, welcomed and concerns validated. The 4 nurses I had the pleasure working with were all wonderful, thorough and informative. Definitely utilize this resource if you need it.
