I called the clinic for help while I was traveling abroad and needed medical advice because my traveler's insuranve fell through and I was very sick, and they told me to they aren't going to let me talk to my secondary doctors as my main one is on vacation and it's not their problem. I've been at this clinic for 25 years and now I'm stranded without medical help because the receptionists suck... Great.
C	Cami L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was good, listened and ask questions before just jumping to a diagnosis. I always feel anxious for some reason going to see a doctor but they put you at ease. The receptionist was friendly and smiled, sometimes doctors receptionists are distant but the lady helping me was really sincere even though she was clearly busy she took time to focus on me.

Not only do the receptionists not seem to care, but they expect me to accept that, “that’s just how it is.” Why don’t medical professionals seem at all obliged to keep a schedule like the rest of us?
K	Katya Gosbjorn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kassam gets 5 stars for always making me feel safe, heard and educated. The receptionists get a strong 0 stars for being super rude, dismissive and abrupt. I've been going to this clinic for atleast 5 years, and my family members have been here for even longer, the reception has always been horrible. A doctors office should be a safe space for everyone and the front staff make it so unwelcoming. They're rude on the phone when you want to make an appointment, and if you're not comfortable telling them what's wrong with you, then you won't get to see your doctor. Not sure who made them medical bodyguards, but i shouldn't have to disclose my mental health or embarrassing physical issues with them. I understand that they have to have a timeline for appointments but there should be a protocol in place for situations that aren't easy to explain over the phone. I don't know how some of these women still have their jobs with the reviews that they get, but i guess that just shows how little the clinic values comfort in their office. If there was an easier way to make an appointment without jumping through hoops for the receptionists i wouldn't be looking for a new doctor. I wanted Dr.Kassam to birth my kids and be my doctor for as long as possible, but I don't think that it'll work out that way for me sadly. Please reevaluate the way your front staff treats patients. I shouldnt feel fear when I need to call the clinic and I shouldnt feel judged for using my medical resources.
C	Candace Kate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why such a low score on Google!?! Dr. Matteo is FABULOUS and we love her so much! We were seen by another pediatrician once when we needed to get in immediately and he was also really awesome. The office wait/staff etc etc is like anywhere else, you could complain about friendliness or wait times etc etc but the point is, these are great docs and I'll happily drive 25 mins for the appointment.

The receptionists are quite nice too and can be serious sometimes, and there's only been one time where a receptionist sounded annoyed when I called, but that was a long time ago. The x-ray people are also kind and helpful, along with the nurses that do my check-ups. My doctor is great and all but I've heard sometimes from my family members that they find it hard to get a solution to their health problems from them. Although other than that I find he's helpful, listens well, and is patient. This location is usually busy too, and sometimes you have to wait a few days for an appointment opening, but if you call in the morning you can sometimes get a day-of appointment if they have an opening.
R	Ryan Russell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Newnham is an amazing doctor. He is very compassionate and has serviced my whole family for years. I wish people would not rate wait times (every office is the same due to patient needs) and rate the quality of service provided by the physician.
