I’ve been helped by Matt Z. a few times and he is great, knowledgeable and friendly. But I don’t like the fact that there are three customer service rep stations so close to each other. Twice now I’ve had a difficult time dealing with Matt simply because the other staff are so loud. Tonight two staff members were having a personal conversation right next to Matt while he was helping me. It was distracting and added unnecessary stress to the experience. I have high anxiety and I struggle in noisy public places but I do well for the most part. Having this experience at Telus twice makes me not want to go in again. In my opinion there should be some separation or partition between stations. And staff should know better than to be having personal conversations at the counter when customers are there.

Leave it to this Telus to never answer their phone. I don't think I've EVER called this location and have someone pick up on the first call. It's usually 4-5 calls later.

I had a very good experience, Julian assisted me and helped with my upgrade and setup. I was having a terrible day and he helped get me everything I asked for very quickly and great service. Me and my wife have used this Telus Store for many years the service is always great.

I have gone to this store a few times. Yesterday I purchased a new iphone and Matt helped me. He is very knowledgeable of the products they sell & service. He is patient and very helpful! Will definitely be back for all of our mobility needs. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MATT!

Absolute deciet. I visited this location prior to travelling for work to establish rocket hub (mobile internet) services. I previously had service with Rogers, and thought I would see what Telus could offer. I brought the hub (a Rogers product) with me to confirm it was compatible with Telus. The representatives happily told me that the hub was compatible, and set me up on a 500 Gb rural plan. I further explained that this was an absolute necessity to have connectivity in order to access work, and was further reassured that this was a no fail solution. When I arrived at my destination, I found that the device would not connect. I called tech support, and after several cold transfers from agents refusing to help me, the loyalty department offered to sell me a new hub, sign me on to a 2 year contract, and offered me $5 off per month, all which I could recieve in as little as 10 business days, or cancel the service outright. Either way, I now have to spend my entire isolation period with 0 connectivity or production value. This is the most abysmal customer service I've recieved. How a major telecom company can deem such massive laspes in connectivity to be acceptable is appalling. I would give negative stars if I could.

If only I could rate this store with a no star review. Telus is known to offer customer service experience and ask for your business with Security, mobility, TV and internet. We were in the market for 2 new phones and contacted Telus regarding packages and phone upgrades, Ferdin the customer loyalty program representative was extremely helpful and gave us a really good offer so we proceeded to go to The Telus St. Albert Store. We were met by a telus representative at the door that only one person per household was allowed in the store, at that point I went in alone. After entering the store, one other lady was being helped by a rep and 3 other reps were behind a desk with plexiglass shields, masks and sanitizer throughout. The young lady that helped me with my request had sanitizer in front of her and the chair was 6 feet from the counter. (Good safety precautions). The other customer left shortly after I arrived leaving 3 reps having personal conversations in which I can hear but not worth mentioning. Purchasing 2 phones took awhile with the contract and switching over all the contents of both my husband and my information. We were there for approximately 1.5 hours. My husband wanted to come in to look at cases for his new phone and was rudely turned away due to their Covid restrictions. I pointed out that no one else was in the store and the representatives weren't busy at all, really to pick out a case!. Capacity is definitely a rule and they were not over capacity. I was told things like " the reps are on commission so they can't help another reps client" I was told that only one rep per customer due to Covid. We purchased 2 Samsung 20 Ultras with a contract and also have Telus Security. After getting no where with my complaint with the Branch manager and Jihan insisting that this is a Telus Corporate rule, I decided to write this review because other stores are not following this if it is a "Corporate" rule. Sad that although all the recommendations and guidelines were followed federally and provincially that this particular store gives Telus a bad name by putting their own twist on the guidelines. Telus website says nothing about 1 person per family allowed in store but only 2 customers allowed in. I do want to give a shout out to the young lady that assisted me and the other lady helping her with my 2 phones.

Poor customer service. Telus has the worst customer service I've ever seen, time after time. I was instructured by Telus call center customer service to return a defective product to a Telus store. Employees in the store fumbled for 30 minutes with their computer system and finally gave up and said they could not accept the return which left me with a wasted trip and numerous additional calls to telus customer service. Weeks later the issue is still not resolved.
