★ ★ ★ ★ ★ attention everybody if you want to get depression or anxiety just rent this horrible and unclean place, manager is the most disrespectful person many renters are angry with her they don't repair nothing they don't clean the buildings and she always have bad attitude please dont believe her she promise the heaven and earth when she is showing the place but after you sign starting the problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problems lie with the upkeep of the facilities. Downspouts are broken and cause huge ice dams in the winter , the security cameras are broken and a stormwater drain along the roadway
it's a dated building ,manager bad attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V near to save on and dollarama, easily accessible transit, under ground parking, balcony and reasonable rent makes it the best place to stay
Herman (aprt manager) is a sweet person to deal with, very responsive and supportive. Highly recommended

Near groceries and Edmonton area
Covered parking but not safe. Not sure if the cameras are working
Dark outside the building.
No door buzzer. Provide your own. So just imagine if you have deliveries and you missed their calls
No elevator
You can loudly hear the steps of the people who lives upstairs even the water flow when their taking a shower
If cost of the maintenance is a bit expensive, they’re not going to fix it even it’s been a few months already
You can hear doors banged and the steps in the stairwell because it’s almost in front of the unit
