★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst travel agency. Our vacation, which they, booked was cancelled due to COVID restrictions last year. The money is stuck with WestJet and has to be refunded through the travel agency. I asked for a refund in Dec but the travel agent did even bother to respond. Now we really need this money back and the travel agent has sent me emails saying she doesn't have time to make the request.
At this point all I'm asking is that they get my money back. I'll remove the post as soon as they process the refund. If this post remains posted, you know that they didn't assist :(.
