★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beautiful and safe building. pet friendly with an off leash park just steps away. walking distance to downtown and farmers market, and hair salon attached to the building. we have a fantastic building manager who is quick to respond to any concerns should you have any. highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved in this month. Clean building and lots of perks like underground parking. Above all else Francisco has been amazing. Seems like he is working 24/7 to help with anything that’s been needed. Would give more stars if I could.

We have an absolutely incredible building manager (Francisco) who has already come to the rescue on many occasions. He is the best. Plus it is a beautiful building in a wonderful neighbourhood, super close to downtown St. Albert but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Truly love living here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in this apartment complex for a couple years with my girlfriend and just now moving out only because we are upsizing. Nothing but good things to say about the building and how it is maintained. Very well kept year round - clean and comfortable. The building manager Francisco was always prompt at responding to any questions we had and it is very easy to tell how much he cares about the building and the people living in it. Thanks for everything over the last couple years.

Very quiet building and friendly tenants. The Management is super friendly and just awesome! The rental building I reside in is always kept up, cleaned, vacuumed, furnaces are cleaned, rugs cleaned, painting done, dryers cleaned and they are always there to assist you when you need something fixed or checked out! Pet friendly too! Great location for walks and the summer market.
Highly recommend?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have lived in the building for almost two years. The security of the building is amazing and the underground parking is a life saver on these cold winter days. Our view of Lions Park, especially in the summer when the trees are green, and having a dog park behind us is amazing. The building manager Fransisco is amazing and does a great job at answering questions and making sure the building is clean. Great place to live!!
