B	Brenda Linthorn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a horrible, unprofessional Daycare, some of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, while others seem as if they don't know what it is they're doing, not to mention how outdated it is. The so called director just sits in the office all day, playing on her phone. While the assistant director seems to be the one running the place. Toddler room staff, can't seem to manage the children, and there was a few times I caught one of the staff on her phone, and seemed to be taking photos or videos of children, with her personal cell phone. OSC, anytime I have gone to pick up, all the staff seem to do, is sit around their table, demanding orders, allowing the older children to do whatever they want to do, not to mention just sitting them in front of a TV on several occasions. My child, his told me on many occasions, that they have been yelled at, and talked to very rudely. As well as one of the staff vaping in the OSC space, and while on outings. If I could give this place a -10 I would. Please don't send your kids here,.

Unsafe place to leave you kids in, my both kids got injured while staff didn't show any sense of care, and if you try to investigate and ask about the incident, they simply tell you " if you don't want your kid to be injured; leave him at home" …. absolutely unprofessional staff; they always argue when you see something wrong. In addition, one if my kids always come home sick due to the toddlers room temperature is always either very high or low, while the kids have to stay with very less clothes on (one layer). The biggest thing happened that pushed me to save my kids from there, is we were expecting a fund from the government to hire a qualified care giver for my special need kid; I was told that the application was sent to the Supported Child Care (this support is exclusively for my son) and it take long time to get approved and one it is approved that person will not be there only for my kid which is ironic, then my Kid's Early Intervention worker wanted check the status of the application to see if anything blocks it, yet she was surprised when she heard that no application was sent at all. Well, I wouldn't recommend this day care at all, for these reasons : Unsafe (kids are not well watched), Unprofessional ( no one would listen to you, and you are always wrong if you try to complain)

I visited a number of centres before doing a tour here and I have to say the staff interaction with the children was amazing. Immediately I knew that this is where I want my kids to go and I’ve never regretted my decision!!

I went with Kristopher Robyn's because they answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and the staff was very professional. I have and will continue to highly recommend this center to everyone I know.
A	Anna McMurray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no need to call and discuss with you as my child is no longer in care at this establishment. I would give this place a -100 if I could. While my child was in care, they were attacked multiple times by another child. My child liked to explore and staff figured that not having doors shut where appropriate was solution to this instead of doing what common sense would suggest. Some of the staff was amazing but it's pretty far and few between, most just don't care.

C	Chris Bemister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've had a really good experience with Kristopher Robyn's child care. Both of our children really enjoy going there and have formed special bonds with the staff. They've done an excellent job operating the centre during the COVID pandemic. I really appreciate how quick they have been to offer credit and refunds when the daycare has been forced to shut down. I've heard that wasn't always the case with a lot of other childcare centres. It's very stressful to lose your childcare unexpectedly, but it sure helps to make other arrangements when you get your money back quickly.

They are prompt with returning emails and calls and their staff is friendly and helpful. When our second son is born in the fall, we'll be adding another member to the Kristopher Robyn family! Thank you for all that you do to help my son grow and learn and HAVE FUN.
