★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to return several items from a recently completed construction project and I was dreading the thought of taking it all back as return departments aren't often staffed with jovial people. Sometimes, but not always.
But to my surprise the experience was a breeze. Jasmine and Danika went above and beyond to provide awesome customer service and made the process seamless and efficient. I felt their excellence should be recognized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have shopped here many times and found the store well stocked and an excellent selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. Really appreciated the young man who went out of his way to help me find whatever ice melt was left, after the horrible freezing rain a few weeks ago.

We purchased appliances last summer and had an absolutely ridiculous experience even getting replies from management. Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a shed from the garden area. A big thank you to the young lady who helped me through this and for help,with her partner, in getting it loaded into the SUV with a cheerful smile. A friendly smile means a lot.
I'll be back to see you because of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for washing machine Saturday and scheduled to have delivered west of St. Albert 30 min or less for Tuesday. Received call Monday morning from delivery dept. they don’t send trucks out west on Tuesdays, only Mondays therefore our order missed the truck they sent that morning and it’ll be another week to have washing machine delivered. Disorganized scheduling. Staff was friendly enough even with the miss-communication. We cancelled our order and ordered through another box store. Customer service was excellent at Lowes when we asked to cancel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in purchased a table and had two associates Harrison and Matthew help me out with smiles on their face it was great to see. They were were quick and efficient. Worked well together!
I was in and out within 5 minutes wasn't hard to find an associate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this Lowe's location in search of a specific item. My shopping experience was extremely positive and really exceeded my expectations in every way:
- The store was neat and orderly
- Washrooms were clean
- A staff person greeted me while I was wandering the aisles, offered their assistance with helping me locate an item, then provided me with a cart so that I could load my items and even offered to load them for me
- Staff throughout the store greeted me and asked how I was doing
- Staff smiled and genuinely seemed to be having an enjoyable shift
- Cashiers were readily available and were exceptionally polite and efficient
- Staff offered to help me load my items in my car, which was appreciated
This store serves as a great model for other Lowe's locations. Keep up the good work!
