Everything is great about this property, from the very helpful staff (shoutout to Leslie & Marie) to all the friendly residents that I've became friends with. The staff work hard and tirelessly to keep everything clean and running smoothly. Location is also excellent with Costco right across the street and pretty much every type of business within walking distance. There is also tons of green space and a pond behind the building if you like going for walks or runs. 10/10 recommend.

Its clean and the cleaners are wonderful, cheerful and sweet. Maintenance isnt needed much because the building is extremely well taken care of but when needed they are always quick, efficient and friendly. The staff in the office have been a pleasure to deal with, always on top of everything and kind hearted souls. Its very rare to find. I highly recommend waters edge. 10/5 stars to you guys. Thank you for making our stay here a beautiful experience. ❤

Renting at this location was a breeze, and every concern or question I had was answered very promptly and professionally. Leslie is an incredible property manager and has made my rental procedure a dream. I have been living here for little over a week now and the suite was spotless when I arrived. It is very clean and quiet and such an amazing location with grocery stores, restaurants, and everything you could really need as an amenity close by! Thank you for everything Leslie! My partner and I are extremely happy to call this place home.
A	Ashley Golby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place less than 1 star if I could. I lived here for 2 years. One night my wallet was stolen and I couldn’t get in to my apartment. My dog was inside. I called the help line, they said they can’t let me in to my suite because I have no ID. But I told them my wallet was stolen and I would provide ID once I was back in my room. They said too bad, get a hotel then until Monday. I told them 1. I do not have my wallet. It was stolen. So a hotel is not an option, and 2. My dog in inside and needs fed. They told me too bad and hung up on me. I am moving out. This was honestly terrible. For the amount of money I pay in rent I can’t believe they have no empathy for a situation like mine. And yes, I ended up sleeping on the street overnight. They told me there was nothing they could do. I told them I’d be sleeping on the street, and the man I was speaking to laughed and hung up on me. This experience was so terrible. Just live somewhere else and avoid this situation.

Her and all of the staff at water’s edge are always so wonderful and I have had such a great experience living here and that’s why I continue to do so.

This lady is so professional, very friendly and went above and beyond. The building is well maintained, is quiet and I have a great view. I would recommend this place (and have) to anyone. I actually have two sisters that have moved into my bldg! Keep up the good work!! ❤️❤️
