R	RH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad moved here 6 month ago. He has cognitive decline and was not doing well living on his own. Right from my first meeting with staff here, I knew it would be a welcoming environment for my dad. He has thrived since moving in. He has a regular routine, nutritious meals, snacks and so many different activities each day. Despite restrictions due to Covid, the staff has gone above and beyond to keep the residents connected and engaged. My dad can not operate an iPad so the staff assisted him to FaceTime with us on his birthday in October. My dad is very happy living here and has become a part of this wonderful community.

Angie did everything possible to help him move into their building and make him feel welcome. Their food service is quite superior and they always have activities going on for the seniors. BBQ's, live entertainment, exercise classes, etc. Highly recommended!

Angie made sure that my mom had everything she would need to move in and be comfortable. Furniture, dishes etc. The staff are absolutely amazing and have helped my mom fit into her new community. This place has been fabulous – they took care of everything and made my mother comfortable and happy. All of the staff were so accommodating and helpful every step of the way. So impressed.
S	Sandy Esposito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our daughter is an LPN at SARR and she loves working there, she has had nothing but good things to say about the staff and management. When it came time to find a new home for my in-laws moving them to SARR was a no brainer. My in-laws moved in at the beginning of August and we have not regretted the decision for one second. They have settled in beautifully and are participating in the many activities offered at the residence. The staff are amazing and the recreation aids are always on the look out for them to get them involved in activities. Many thanks to Angie, Norine and Rene for making it such a smooth transition. Also Jessica is a definite keeper, what a great representative she is for your organization, always so friendly and helpful. I've also had dealings with Craig, it's obvious that when you have great leadership, you have great staff. From what I have experienced personally, and heard from others, Craig provides topnotch leadership and this comes through in our interactions with any of the staff.

We were grateful to the staff for making this transition so much easier for Mom and Dad. And thanks to the very professional, prepared and caring staff, they have gotten through the worst of the pandemic safely and are now fully vaccinated. This feels like such a blessing and a miracle but we know it is also the result of the hard work and procedures put in place by this great team of staff at STARR.

The staff is warm and caring. They are always planning events and activities to keep the residents engaged. During Covid, they ensured that the physical and mental health of the residents was the top priority. We couldn't be happier with our decision.

The staff worked diligently and took extra measures to keep the residents safe, comfortable and happy.... even shopping for them when the residents were unable to! It is a very beautiful, clean, welcoming building that feels "homey" and elegant at the same time. I loved looking at all the paintings down each hallway! The wonderful staff always find innovative ways to keep the residents entertained and their spirits up, even during times of quarantine. Last year when indoor social events were not allowed and the weather was good, the staff held many different "themed" events outside, as well as booking various musicians and singers to entertain the residents outdoors. We had the privilege of attending a couple of these events along with our parents and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! During this past challenging year dealing with a pandemic, we are very appreciative of the caring, compassionate, friendly and respectful Administration and staff at the St. Albert Retirement Facility! My parents always feel safe and well looked after, and that means everything! We are extremely proud and grateful to call this residence our parents "home" and would gladly recommend it to others!
