Ryan Z and Josh called prior to their visit, were warm and positive, did a great job in an excellent manner and were quick and super efficient , TOP MARKS!

He came next day exactly as discussed and installed new furnace really fast and super qualified. Very professional and competitive technician. All appliances and tubes looked like a peace of art! He was very helpful, and explained some technical aspects of what he was doing patiently, and gave me very valuable tips. I was considering cancelling the service, but I’m going to keep it now as if I ever need heating or plumbing services, I’d rather deal with Enercare.

Once they determined my hot water tank needed replacement, they booked me an appointment on the spot. When they came to do the replacement, they were on time, observed COVID protocols, did all the work with good humour despite the fact that there was no parking by my house. Everything was looked after and explained to me. I wish service calls from all companies were handled this smoothly!

He called to confirm the appointment time the night before. He was great overall! After our furnace maintenance, Vinoth S. came by with another gentleman to replace our old water heater. Again, they were extremely professional. I was especially pleased with how respectful they were of our home. They were also efficient and made the process extremely easy. Thank you so much, Enercare!

Within an hour we had heat again. Very efficient. He gave me suggestions about furnace upgrades but was informative not pushy.

Enercare was very patient, having to come back a few times until it was all done to code. I am very pleased with the professional care we received from this company. Highly recommend!
