My wife, daughter and I were each a bit bewildered with all the choices. Debora, a Design Consultant at M2 asked if we needed assistance and with her help, within an hour we had made our tile selections for the floors, shower and tub surround. Debora emailed our detailed quote to us same day, including grout recommendations and spoke directly with our contractor. It all went smoothly. We will be back to see Debora when we move onto our kitchen renovation. Thank you, Mark

The showroom beautifully presented product and your took the guesswork out of what the tiles would look like when set. M	Mark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into the store with a clear agenda to get bathroom tiles for my shower floor, shower walls and bathroom floor with specific dimensions. Deborah helped me find tiles that were in my budget and we picked everything quickly. Because it's my mother's bathroom, I decided to video call her to show her the tiles. Turns out, my mom doesn't like my style at all! Deborah had to show me a whole new set of tiles that were in the color scheme my mom liked but unfortunately, wasn't on sale. It blew the budget up and we had to start again. Then we found tiles in budget but I wanted to make sure my contractor could put them in the old house (walls not straight). Sizes didn't work! I literally had to go back to Deborah and select new tiles several times to align my contractor and my mom within budget. Deborah was very patience, always helpful in trying to find the right combination, and ultimately we found what worked for everyone in budget!! Thank you so much Deborah for your help!

I had a great experience with M2 tiles while building my house, so much so that we went back to M2 Tiles when we renovated a house for a family member. Special thank you to Christine, Sarah, and Nate who helped through out the entire process. I appreciated the help and support in the selection of the tiles but more importantly helping us with the changes after the fact. Allowing us to change tiles, change tile sizes and exchange tiles to ensure a proper colour match. It is one thing to see tiles on the wall of a show room, but sometimes when they arrive at the job site and you start to dry fit them on the floor or wall you have 2nd thoughts. The team at M2 tiles was very helpful in making the changes necessary to make us happy. I would recommend M2 Tiles, not only for their support, but also for their selection and guidance on picking tiles.

Sarah was so patient and went above and beyond to answer all our questions (and there were many), help guide our choices and get our new contractor setup with an account. Even their warehouse staff was excellent at pickup - they re-wrapped our order tightly on a pallet to ensure it wouldn't get damaged in transit. We ordered the most beautiful detailed Calacatta Silver porcelain tiles in a semi-gloss/textured finish. It is very rare to find such a beautiful marble look alike option safe for both floors and walls, unless you go totally matte(which looks way too flat). Discovering hidden water damage in our new home has been beyond stressful, but Sarah and her team at M2 made ordering all our reno supplies a seamless process. Thank you!
