★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciot is just incredible! Dealing with Manal and the whole crew makes life very easy. Their selection is great, at very competitive prices, and honestly the quality of their products is just next level! As a contractor for over 20 years, I choose to only shop at Ciot, and I’ve almost never ran into any problems with any of my orders. It’s always an amazing experience, and that starts as soon as you walk in, and you’re greeted by the staff. Hats off to the whole Ciot team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Ciot just recently looking for a Grigio Carnico slab for a fireplace job. I actually had an exceptional experience with Samira Shivafard. I had to visit the showroom a couple of times and she was very helpful, informative, and willing to share all the details about the slabs during each visit. The rest of Ciot's staff were all very nice and helpful as well at both Toronto locations. They are all knowledgeable and spend a lot of time on your requests/questions.

I always know that I am going to get great service, a great selection and I know that I am going to receive my order when promised. It is a friendly, familiar experience right from reception to my personal sales representative Manal who is a consummate professional every visit. During the difficult past year, they made it possible for my projects to continue by providing me and my clients with samples available with curb side pick up. I appreciate that they helped in any way possible during a difficult time for retail.

She really understood the look I wanted and steered me in the right direction to get a look that would be appropriate to my space (Les Classiques Collection). She has great design sense, knowledgeable and spent a fair amount of time with me and never made me feel rushed. I really appreciate this personalized service. It's a small curated tile store with high quality products. Call ahead and make an appointment with Manal, she is so great to work with. Thanks Manal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience with them about the recent purchase. First it took 2 hours 15 minutes for the pickup at Jane street location with only me in the store!! There were no other customers and yet it took more than 2 hours. Second for returns they don’t even honer their own customer service policy. Shameful customer service. I’m calling them for last two weeks to return the tiles I bought about two weeks ago, but they won’t take it !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for some porcelain tiles to replace some marble tiles in a shower stall. I found one that looked right on the CIOT web site and I made an appointment with Nikoletta Madarasz who took the time and showed me the tile from the web page and suggested a smaller tile that might look better, given the small space I was tiling (12 sq ft). Nikoletta spent the same amount of time with me that she would have spent with a client ordering several times more tile and also gave me advise that turned out to be extremely valuable. Although the order was a very small one, I was treated with the same care and attention that would have been shown to a designer or big contractor. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for that. I’ll post some photos once the tiles are installed. Truly exceptional service.
