She is both attention to detail and has an excellent eye for design. She is sweet and patient and a calming presence which I needed during a stressful renovation. She guided me in the right direction for choosing the right tile for our bathroom renovations and the tiles are stunning! I have already gotten so many compliments. Thank you so much Yassmine for a fantastic experience, I would recommend you to all of my family and friends in a heartbeat! Go to Centura and ask for Yassmine, she's amazing! One key benefit of Centura is that they import tile and have inventory (not all tile is in stock, but they have a good enough number of sku’s). Also, they tend to have quality brands. The website is pretty good and they actually have prices posted online and in the store so you can pre-browse and get an idea of budget. Customer service is generally friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. The store display is very nice. Parking is good and pick up easy. Plus, once ordered they tend to be able to get things ready quickly. Small note: They could do just a touch better job at denoting what is special order in the store displays.
M	Mitchell Davison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company sold me tiles for my personal home backsplash tiling job (roughly 36 sq ft). Failed to inform me that the tiles purchased were either discontinued upon purchasing or shortly thereafter, as I tried to return the tiles 3 weeks later once my job was done. Because of said discontinuation, they failed to honour their return policy, which includes an egregious 20% restocking fee. I can understand if the tile supplier surprises the retailer and discontinues a tile design, however it is unfortunate for the little guy (me) to have to eat these costs, when I was merely ordering 20% overage of my square footage, as I’m a first time tiler and didn’t want to have to run out in the middle of my job, while always thinking “I can order more, as I can always return it”. The sales person that told me that they couldn’t process my return, didn’t offer so much as an apology for the companies policy. If you’re In the market for tiles, you may get better service at one of the many competitors. Such as Olympia tile right next door to Centura. Needless to say I’ll be shopping elsewhere next time for my tile needs.

I walked around with my husband and no one really approached us, which we actually do appreciate so we could take out time making our decision. When we finally did need help we had no trouble finding help. Fatima was knowledgeable and helped us with our final choices. Definitely would recommend.

Following a mishap accident with a 24x48 tile (already installed), I breathlessly, panic-called Centura to check availability. I already knew stock was limited, and the call to the showroom was 15 minutes before closing on Sunday evening. Design/Sales associate Jessica Lagare took the call, was sympathetic to my situation, checked not only inventory, but also the shade/dye lots to ensure that whatever inventory they did have, matched my previous order. She then promised to send me a quote for the additional tile. Given that the showroom was moments away from closing for the day, I half expected a no-show email - or at the least on Monday. Within moments, the email arrived with a professional & helpful note outlining order details, reference number, as well her hours & availability for the coming week. What truly impressed me, was that Jessica didn't 'rush me off the phone', or tell me that the showroom was closing shortly and to "call back on Monday". (I think we've all experienced situations like this) I can honestly say, that Jessica seamlessly addressed my situation calmly, pleasantly, and went way above to assist. She even asked me to send in a photo of my final project. Jessica is the epitome of a professional. Thank you Jess.

Staff is welcoming , friendly and not to mention incredibly helpful. The product selection, and display design was the best I have seen after visiting 4 tile places. So happy with everything I picked and a big thank you to the attentive service.

They were extremely helpful in choosing our tile and make the pick-up very easy. We did experience one challenge when an employee accidentally broke a bag of grout in our trunk causing a big mess. The Operations Manager Mat was extremely helpful in resolving this bad experience and covered the cost to have our trunk professionally cleaned. I would absolutely use Centura again on any future project.
