Train your staff better please, the person who answered the phone is so unprofessional, she is rude and was constantly interrupting, asking stupid questions. Horrible service!

The nurse and doctor was really nice and understanding and not judgmental at all I felt really comfortable talking to them

Called to make an appointment and was totally thrown off by how rude the nurse answered the phone, had no choice but to tell her have a nice day and hang up. I have no time for this type of behavior from people that should be " professional's".

Fire that dumb receptionist already!!!! Horrible service

The receptionist who answered the phone is RUDE and judgemental. You work at a STI clinic and the least of your traits should be judgemental. She wouldn't listen to me at all, kept talking over me and denied me service after I specifically explained what my situation is which aligned to the what was considered an emergency. I decided to ignore the bad reviews because i was desperate but damn, first encounter and I am already disappointed. Don't even bother with the place save your time and effort and go somewhere else

I am shocked at the reviews. When I called for an appoint, I was great by a very lovely lady who made tha appointment process very effortlessly. The nurse and doctor who I was attended by were equally amazing, well versed and very accommodating. I hope other have a positive experience at this clinic.

Based on all of the negative reviews, they clearly must have replaced some of their staff because my experience here — from making the appointment to the in-clinic experience to following up for test results — was extremely pleasant. I came to this clinic for an IUD removal, and calling to make the appointment itself was hassle-free. When I arrived, I was late due to a traffic accident, and despite being the last patient of the day and presumably cutting into their free time, they were extremely kind and understanding upon check-in, which made me feel at ease. The nurse was very personable, compassionate, and she made sure I understood all of my options for birth control going forward without placing any pressure on me. The doctor who removed the IUD was also very friendly, comforting, and most-importantly, efficient with the way she handled the procedure. The aftermath was great too, as the nurse made sure I had plenty of resources before I left and provided me with a website and phone number to reach out to in case I had any questions. They did some testing for free while I was there as well, and when I called for the results a few days later, the receptionist I spoke to seemed very kind and eager to help (despite me having called before the results were ready). As someone without OHIP, I don't plan to go anywhere else for my gynecological needs. It was a very comfortable environment, and in my opinion, very worth the commute from downtown — I highly recommend this place.
