Really good experience. I called to see if they would take me same day and the receptionist inquired about what was going on and worked something out for a quick check in as it was a bit urgent. The doctor took her time & was patient and listened to what I had to say. Really glad I decided to come here!

UNPROFESSIONAL! RUDE! PATRONISING! CONDESCENDING! BOTH the receptionist AND the doctor! First I have to say that I never read reviews and this time I've learnt my lesson. A week ago I rang in to book myself in. I didn't receive any confirmation emails or reminders but I decided to ring this morning to double confirm because I couldn't remember exactly what time I was supposed to be there in the afternoon. The receptionist who was so RUUUUUDE to me that I was almost SPEECHLESS for the whole start of the conversation, I didn't know how to respond. She was trying to turn me away and tell me to go to a walk-in clinic. I booked the afternoon off work to go to this appointment so I was eager for them to find me in their system. But all I got from her was "you're not in the system, and I'm not going to look every single day and hour on the calendar to find you". The worst part of the situation was that she was the person that booked me in, in the first place! After being treated and made to feel so SMALL and STUPID, I got annoyed and almost BEGGED them to at least check properly since I took the afternoon off for this, she started to play the victim saying "you can't bully me into booking you in for today, go to a walk-in clinic". Anyway she pretty much hungs up the phone in my face almost, she puts me on hold in the middle of the conversation and I get put through the doctor who also was RUDE, PASSIVE AGRESSIVE, UNINTERESTED. She simply did not want to know about the way I had been treated by receptionist. She claimed to have found me for the following day which was a lie. I mentioned that I had the afternoon booked off work and all I got was "well I got you booked in now." She shut me off without anything else to say. I do NOT feel comfortable putting my health and vulnerability in the hands of people like this, I will NOT be attending. Anyone considering attending please read my review first because it resonates with all the other reviews on here. I question the integrity of the positive ones. I hope this review helps other people looking for a clinic....... DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF!!!

I would give this zero stars if I could. The whole staff, including the doctor, were very rude. They talked down to me, made me feel stupid for being there, and lastly, did not help my medical issue one bit. She didn't even try to help. She told me that I should just go to a family doctor or walk-in clinic, even though I waited 2 weeks for an appointment. Don't go here. You'll waste your time.

I feel like the doctor/nurses thought of me as if I was a psychopath making up symptoms. She barely opened me up. She looked for a minute and said everything was fine. Turns out things aren't fine, but thankfully not too serious. I would have known sooner if maybe she looked for more than a minute and asked me some questions.

I was there a couple of weeks ago to get a routine STI test done and I decided to also get the rapid HIV test also done. Both the nurse/reception and the doctor were nice, very pleasant. the issue I had was with the rapid HIV test, the nurse unwrapped the kit in the other room then collected my blood then took it back to the other room to run the test, my thought was why wasn't everything done in front of me? I thought that was the objective of the rapid test. anyways I think they should change that policy so the patient will witness the whole procedure, at least witness the needle being taken out of the kit.

I called the clinic to get some testing done despite reading the negative reviews I had been there before and the receptionist pulled out my iud in front of everyone and stated my purpose for being there. Very unprofessional. I let it go and still went ahead today to try to get some tests done . I thought what the heck. The person who answered the phone was quite rude she failed to listen to what I was trying to ask for and almost argued with me when I know exactly what I wanted. She Very rude and unprofessional. I second the motion that if you have another place to go, don’t get service from this centre. I hope that they aren’t getting funded by the government as they suc and lack professionalism

Contrary to all the negative reviews, I had an amazing time here. Everyone was nice, they were warm to me telling jokes (mostly bad) when i was trying to make the experience of a PAP Smear more comfortable for me. They did a great job of making me comfortable about it too (and they did it quick (the importance of minimizing how long are so vulnerable was important for me)) They were professional, extremely kind, very helpful, amazing at answering all my questions. They call back quickly and it felt that wanted to go the extra mile for me, a young patient. I'm sure that they will do their best and go the extra mile for you too :) I sent all my friends there (none of which are as comfortable about discussing sexual health as me) and they also reported feeling safe and supported.

I went a couple of years ago and the staff was pleasant enough. But they made me fill out a bunch of papers as a standard intake procedure and didn’t even look at them. I was requesting birth control, which I had never used before, and the doctor quickly wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way without and explanation of the medication. I nonchalantly asked the nurse if birth control can help with migraines, as I heard it helped with cramps and she stops and goes ...”you get migraines”? Considering I ticked it off every checklist they gave me that showed me they read nothing. The doctor comes back in and cancels the prescription. I ask why and she goes, there’s a chance, since you get migraines this birth control can trigger a STROKE. So, pleasant enough people but they could’ve killed me with their oversight so I’d be careful if you decide to go.
