If you show up an hour or so before the clinic opens on a Wednesday or Thursday (which are the slower days), you can easily be in an out in about an hour and a half. The nurses are all friendly and there is a great energy at this place. This is my favorite clinic in Toronto.

Very long wait, expect to be there for at least an hour to 2 hours if anything. However, the service is quite wonderful. They made me feel very welcomed and they do all the testings. Much better than hassle free downtown.. Who won't do HIV testings unless you make an appointment which can take a week...

The woman on the line is thoroughly inept and incompetent. I called to ask about medication I desperately need since my insurance has expired and I can't afford to pay out of pocket, and after she asked whether I was still a student, she had the gall to say, 'well, this online university must be pretty expensive...' She just left it hanging there. I cannot BELIEVE someone who works at a health clinic, and one dealing exclusively with women and problems which are supposed to sexual and sensitive nature could even THINK to suggest that a woman should have to choose between her health and education. Gee, I'm sorry you never had a chance to go to university, but does the envy extend to patients who are expected to pick between a course at school and and a course of treatment? And then she added that 'we have people coming in with HIV, so...' what, I should live with a horribly uncomfortable and worsening condition which could cause permanent damage if left untreated? It's absurd. You're supposed to help people, not shame them. It's one thing to turn a patient away because she's "not a client", and quite another to suggest she's unworthy of your services because she goes to school. Here I thought your clients were women in need, but apparently broke students don't qualify because you have never been to college and they might not have HIV, even if they do have a serious and diagnosed infection. I had an offered prescription, lab results signed by a doctor and accessible over a secure server online, but she wouldn't hear any of it. Ironically, she just went on saying the same thing over and over, 'You're not listening to me. 'You have all these other options...' or 'You're not a client, we're not guaranteeing that you'll be seen if you come in today' (the clinic had opened an hour earlier, and I had been trying to get through the phone line and left messages which went unanswered), so after I asked what would be a good time to come in and she just kept saying, 'I can't tell you', and she continually insisted I should go to a regular walk-in, which I had done already, then go to a pharmacy and pay for prescription medication which is going to cost a whole lot now that my insurance is expired, and I'm out of a job and not even working while I try to finish school part-time. Yeah, I wouldn't have called if I could afford to fill out a prescription so easily. I had exhausted my other options already. Thanks for making someone who's sick feel even worse without seeing at the clinic or hearing them out over the phone while they're trying to ask about available appointments you insist should be booked, although you won't specify when or how. And the phone lines were left unanswered for over an hour, so I spent all that time waiting for to speak to somebody only to be told nothing of use in a tone dripping with smug condescension. It took over an hour for anyone to pick up, and then I was put on hold for long enough the line almost went dead. I wish it had. I understand why the rest of the reviews are so awful now. I can't say anything about the doctors, but the staff at the reception won't let you see one even if you have to. Spectacularly rude and unnice and unhelpful generally. I would stay away from the 'clinic', even and especially if you're in a tight spot. Rest assured they're not in your corner. They'll kick you while you're down. If youre in a dire or desperate situation, they're not going to help.

Just had my first testing done here, absolutely great experience. Tracey was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and patient, answered every question with biggest amount of detail possible. The treatment was completely non judgemental, sex positive, and comforting; more than I've ever hoped for. Becky had done my blood work- quick and efficient. Also very supporting. The only thing I would recommend is arrive early. I was there at 9, the clinic opens at 9:30. Line started around 9:10. Show up early and start lining up. Thank you so much for your time, help, and education. Highly recommended.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review in my life, but I was treated with such care by every single staff member that I had to! I’ve been coming to this clinic for as far as I can remember, but today really outdid it for me. I wish I remembered the Doctors name that helped me today, considering I was talking to her for over an hour lol. They really make you feel comfortable, and are not rushing you in and out like many other clinics. She answered all my questions thoroughly, and believe me I had a couple, even went as far as teaching me on things that I didn’t even think of. I highly recommend this clinic! Just make sure that you arrive an hour prior to the clinic opening as you are required to take a number in line, but trust me, it is worth it.

Went there for a quick STI testing, but I had a few other concerns and they were able to fit me in for a full visit! The energy here is great, nurses are very kind, and the doctor who saw me was extremely kind, gentle, and funny. I didn't feel rushed in anyway, and I felt like I really able to be heard! Will definitely be going back if the need arises.

Worth the wait. They take their time with everyone and was very thorough. If you're just doing an STI check, there's an online booking form, that saves a lot of time.
