★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has the worst customer service. One can not complain to head office as Home Depot makes it impossible to reach anyone. Spent 2 hours trying to reach a complaints dep't without success. BBB is the next step.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge store with tool rental department. The paint section was pretty crowded with only one associate working. Definitely need more helper there, she was doing her best but for the size of the store, she needs at least 2 more helper. Overall good experience and cheap tool rentals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My local home depot, and the worst one I’ve ever been too. There’s ONE helpful staff member in the building. The customer service staff is rude, and don’t know the return policies.
One employee wouldn’t honour my husky ratchet’s life time warranty, and her co worker chimed in saying Home Depot doesn’t carry Husky. I left a feedback ticket 2 weeks ago, never got back to me. It’s what i expect from the people who work here.
I’ll go to billy bishop location from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called in to this location to rent a cargo van - and the man who helped me on the other end of the phone was fantastic! Not only did he help me choose what truck to get, he actually went outside and measured the van for me, so I know for sure my painting would fit inside! Thank so much much for your help Nick, you’re awesome :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to frequent The Home Depot so much it was like my second home. There was always someone around to answer a question and point you in the direction you needed. Now not so much. You gotta wait and search sometimes for long.
But, I must say that I have had some excellent CS from HD. During my last visit once, a clerk was able to pull himself away from a conversation with a coworker, he was very helpful. Kudos to him.
