From the moment I walked into the Toronto showroom and was greeted by Jack Creasy to the final installation and finishing touches, the entire process was nothing but professional, thorough and ethical. It was such an amazing experience for me to meet really talented people. The kitchen is a dream kitchen for me. It’s been a journey for quite some time but the result is truly extraordinary. The suggestions that were made during the design process were very subtle and I am glad that I listened to the team’s advice because the final result is spectacular! It has always been my dream to create a custom kitchen. I especially wanted a handmade English/ European kitchen. The kind I grew up with in Europe, that when you open the cabinets or drawers you see and smell real wood. The kind of kitchen that felt weighted in your hand but not heavy, just like furniture. Of course we wanted a more today look, but with that foundation of quality. The concept was The Hamptons meets Paris apartment. I knew of a company named Bloomsbury Fine Cabinetry that were known for the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship. The first friendly face we encountered at their Toronto showroom was Jack Creasy. My husband and I had a instant feeling of comfort and ease. We had a discussion about our concept. We wanted the kitchen to be approachable and comfortable, but high fashion at the same time if that makes sense. Jack understood the concept and we set up our first initial consultation. What can I say. A dream is a dream is a dream, until company like Bloomsbury brings it to life. In a way that is so much more then your mind can imagine. When my husband first saw it, he told the amazing installation team the following “ when Adriana see’s this she is going to cry”. When I first saw it , I was absolutely shocked and couldn’t cry, but wanted to and wanted to laugh and giggle all at the same time. In terms of cost. It’s shocking what other companies out there are charging, for their subpar product. We had done our research prior to finalizing our contract with Bloomsbury. And they are very reasonable. My husband of which wasn’t sold on the custom kitchen idea initially.. is absolutely in love with it, and it’s not even totally completed . I may faint once we see it all done... In such a fast pace world, we loved their classic craftsmanship model. They are the nicest people. In the end I got my dream kitchen and new friends at Bloomsbury Fine Cabinetry. Highly highly recommend this company. You actually get what you pay for!

As a designer in the industry, I have been working with Bloomsbury extensively and no other company comes close to the quality workmanship and service I have received from their team. Jack and Rhonda are incredible to work with; always responsive and have the BEST attitudes!! It's always a pleasure. I would highly recommend them.

I just want to thank Bloomsbury Kitchens once again for amazing customer service. Have had my gorgeous kitchen for a few years now and still love it. I had a one year service call last year and it still looks like new. They came to my rescue this year when we had a mishap with a glass door. Response time and customer service is outstanding. Jack the designer has passion and vision for design and effective use of space. The owner Rhonda is involved every step of the way. Craftsmanship and design is beautiful and I cannot wait to start another project. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you again Bloomsbury. !

When we were planning our home renovation, a friend suggested we look at Bloomsbury Fine Cabinetry. We were impressed not only at the quality of their work, but at their creativity and elegant ideas. Their innovation, attention to detail, and beautiful custom designs precisely captured our vision, put it on paper, and translated into seamless execution for a final product that was truly a timeless work of art! They even took time to advise on handles and other options. We were so impressed with their professionalism, work and experience, that we expanded the project outside our new framed kitchen to include the office, family, and other rooms in our home. We would without a doubt recommend Bloomsbury to anyone.

I'll admit, I had sticker shock when I saw the quote. If you're looking for a budget kitchen, this isn't the place for you. They truly produce custom, bespoke cabinetry. That being said, I was thrilled with the final product and can confirm it's worth every penny. Every detail is perfect. Really seamless experience, produced and installed on the schedule they give you. Also note that they don't 'nickel and dime' you, so although its expensive, you won't get hit with random charges. Highly recommend. Haven't seen another company produce this style of cabinetry better than them.
