We've dealt with The Boiler Guys, Copperhead, Belyea and multiple others over the years - Denise at ATCC proved a level above in her understanding of our complex HVAC system and the approach to our repair. I'm genuinely grateful to her for helping us repair a system that would have cost many thousands of dollars to replace, when every other major operator in town took the easy (and profitable) way out and told us to simply go ahead and replace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My HVAC firm disappeared (too many calls?) during a really bad cold spell and a neighbour suggested their long time provider Air Treatment. Contacted them by phone and service man came next day! Broken heat pump replaced and everything back to warm comfy normal just like that. WOW. Super happy. Thank you Air Treatment Climate Care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with ATCC for over 20 years now. From the purchase and installation of my boiler system to the latest ductless Fujitsu unit, they have taken excellent care of me and my family for 2+ decades. Since I live in a house that is almost 100 years old, on a major thoroughfare in Toronto, my installations are not always the easiest fix. From sales to service, their people know their products inside out. And when they run into something unusual (SOP here!), if the person on site doesn't know, they have expert folks ready to walk their technicians through on the phone. I've had a boiler, and 4 Fujitsu A/C units in the last 20 years. I know most of them by name by now. When a company has the same sales and techs working for them that long, you know there's a good corporate culture, too. I keep coming back to them because I know they will look out for me and my wallet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire process of updating our HVAC system went smoothly and efficiently. From Denise’s initial visit to assess our needs to the support needed to finalize some details, we found the entire process to be first-rate, with knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Denise took the time to fully assess not just our current situation, but also to ask about our preferences and any current issues. That enabled us to discuss some issues that were not strictly technical.
Mel’s quote was under the competition (one was more than double!).
The installation team - Scott and Derek - arrived on time and took care to explain all the steps of the process and all the changes they were making. They were clean, careful and completed the work in less than the time promised. They worked with us to find the best ways to route the new condensate drain line in a collaborative process. They cleaned the work area, explained the system, demonstrated its operation and answered all of our operation questions.
There was a cosmetic issue with the thermostat, but the support staff acted quickly to replace it. That gives us confidence that further support and maintenance will also be handled well.
Very happy with our new system, and our new HVAC service provider. Happy to recommend Air Treatment to all our friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had contacted another firm fist but the price was a bit higher then we expected. I had then reached out to Air Treatment. I was contacted by Denise who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their quote was better so we proceeded. The installation happened the day they said it was. Professional installers used drop sheets and with coordination with Denise on site made sure the units were installed exactly where they were supposed to. overall a great experience and highly recommended company to hire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Air Treatment for maintenance of our HVAC systems for a long time. We have a very high efficiency hot water boiler for heat and a ductless AC system. The original air conditioning system was installed in 1999 and this fall reached the end of its useful life. Air Treatment responded with a quote and installation plan. The service techs took out the old system and installed the new system over two days. They could not have been more respectful, helpful and thoughtful. Everything was installed on budget and on time. I highly recommend Air Treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air Treatment installed a Fujitsu ductless A/C system for us way back in 2009. Online reviews were much less common then, but the installation and the reliability over the past 9 years has been excellent, prompting me to finally write a review. I just contacted Air Treatment because we need to have two more end-of-life A/C systems replaced in our rambling old Toronto home, and my first choice remains Air Treatment to do the job. Denise is still on the job and has been with the company for a long time, always a good sign.
Based on that excellent experience 9 years ago, in 2018 Denise McCormack quoted us for a Fujitsu Ductless Heat Pump, a Payne furnace, and a Payne central air conditioner. It was a huge job in a rambling century home that called for lots of creativity and skill. Scott Bennett (Sr HVAC Engineer) and Derek Gray (HVAC Tech) were brilliant and met every challenge. The workmanship was superb and exceeded expectations. Scott's standards are very high, and he will never take a shortcut or let anything defeat him. The attention to detail and cleanliness were superb. Why couldn't every contractor have the standards of Air Treatment?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a gas furnace from Air Treatment ClimateCare in 1999. We can't complain that it lasted to 2021. It decided to die on a freezing night (of course, right?). Called Air Treatment ClimateCare, and they had a technician here in hours. Confirmed that it was time for a new furnace. Called the office, and a sales rep was over the next day. We agreed to the quote (didn't shop around, this seemed fair) and were told they could install the next morning. Perfect.
Sure enough, a bit after 8 two installers showed up and went to work. By noon, it was done, testing and all. Friendly, professional, cleaned everything up. We're very happy with our high-efficiency furnace. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.
PS, in 1999, Denise was our sales person. And again in 2021. We laughed. She says she loves the company. That alone is a testimony.
