★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used their dry cleaning services... TERRIBLE! If you don't care about your garments, bring it to Elegant Fashions on W. 4th Ave... they will lose it!
I brought in two ladies blouses, one of them has a sash for it. They lost it... and tried to "find" me another that was clearly not the one that belonged to my blouse. Then when she tried again to find it to no avail... she suggested that she can make me one with the material she has. I asked what happens if I'm not happy with that, of which she told me I could BUY my own material for her to make... why should I buy something to solve a problem she has caused??? To this all she can say is "I don't know, I don't know"... $315 blouse USELESS now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a coat dry cleaned here for $18 (call first for an estimate, price depends on the type of coat). I also ripped the pockets of my jeans and got it fixed for cheap. Friendly and professional service, fairly quick too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elegant Fashions carry very nice face masks that they make on site. The quality is really good. They are only available in the nonpleated style and in different fabrics. The masks are only $10 each which is really a great price. One mask was a bit big for my friend and the lady altered it right there. Talk about great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are not published. Seems it could be a random number generated by the lady. I’ve had several pieces of clothing altered here and there seems to be a price variance. I’ll shop around next time first before going to them. They do a good job though.
