★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW! I was so glad to find this store had just recently reopened - what a great makeover! The shop looks FANTASTIC! - and even happier to have a local, BC owned, women-led alternative to awful Amazon. The Kiddies Store was the only place in the city that had the product I was looking for (out of stock and on back order everywhere else!). The super helpful person on the website chat tracked down what I was looking for and had it held for me at the Kits location, where lovely Jennifer and Tasha were happy to assist (even though I rolled up just minutes before closing. Thanks again, ladies!). Excellent selection, excellent service, good value and great products, and now in a gorgeous newly remodelled shop. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grateful this store has reopened with its shiny new interior just blocks away from my house as I believe now (more than ever) in buying local.
They have every essential and the sales staff were more than happy to order in more soothers in the colour and sizes I requested. They also provided very helpful information about car seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a beautiful renovation to the store and I was so happy to see this location is open again. The staff here are always very friendly! I went in to buy a new car seat and they all tried to help me right when I entered the store. They always greet you with a smile and make sure to answer all your questions while you are there. The staff even helped to try the car seat in my car by carrying out for me and talking it through with me while outside. They then carried the car seat to my car after I purchased it. I then had to go back the next day as I forgot to purchase something and they brought that to my car for me! I will ALWAYS go to this company and this location in particular!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading all the negative comments i was little hesitant to come to this store, but this store is great. So far the biggest baby store in vancouver except toys r us for me. Variety of choice. I find it convenient, because the stuffs were not bugging me around if i need something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barbara and Trish were very helpful, and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. They quickly sourced a toy chest that I purchased and transferred it from their warehouse on the same day. They also helped us secure a great discount on a stroller that we had in mind. I don't write many business reviews, but in this case I feel it's warranted.

We bought a bike stroller from the lovely staff after speaking to both stores, as the product we wanted was in the Marine Drive store but we are staying downtown and don't have a car right now. They let us pay over the phone, gave us a great discount and organised delivery! I was so impressed, we've certainly recommended anyone we know to shop here, and with baby 2 on the way will be shopping here from now on! Such a wonderful experience.
And our daughter loves her new "lola" stroller! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent about an hour with Tina at the W4th location taking strollers and car seats. She was kind, thoughtful and honest which as a first time parent was really helpful. Tina gave us realistic and practical
advice based on our lifestyle and which features to pay attention to. She made our shopping experience less overwhelming than other experiences we've had and put us at ease especially because these are big purchases. Thanks Tina!
