★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to get my new suit tailored in such a short amount of time (3 days including holidays). When I gave Andy a phone call to discuss the details of the process, he explained all the specific parts that needed to be tailored and that the work would be doable at additional cost. I was able to wear a perfectly tailored suit for the two ceremonies I was planning on attending (Iron Ring ceremony and UBC Graduation). I also learned a lot about how tiny details change everything in clothing thanks to his expertise.
He also designs a lot of different suits on his own. The next time I need to get a new suit or re-do some work on my old suits, I am definitely hitting him up again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been looking for some time to find some quality custom pieces. I did my research and made an appointment to see Andy. I was impressed by his consultation and years of experience. He listened to my concerns and issues with fit and showed me the process of how he ensures quality throughout all stages of his design process. I really appreciate the time he spent taking me through everything I needed to know and answering all of my questions. He’s talented and designed the best fitting pair of jeans and two-piece suit I've ever owned. Andy set me up with a dark navy wool suit with star pattern inner lining, a navy dress shirt, and tie. The suit looks incredible. It's clear to me that he cares deeply about quality craftsmanship. I will definitely be returning.

Pros:
- Both Andy and his assistant Ayaka are very professional and welcoming. There was not a moment where I felt out of place.
- Andy goes above and beyond compared to previous tailors I worked with.
- He consistently and respectfully asks for my opinion and take my questions and concerns into consideration.
- He takes into account my body shape, build, height, and posture when doing measurements.
- His attention to detail goes from top to bottom to buttons. Nothing is forgotten.
- He did everything in a timely manner and gave a pretty good approximate of duration.
- His prices are quite reasonable for the quality of work that gets done.
- He's extremely receptive to feedback.
Cons:
- Nothing noticeable. If I HAD to nitpick, he gets a bit too busy sometimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience getting my Tuxedo from Andy for my wedding. I was looking for something special, something that you normally can't find, but not a crazy design that you would regret after 10 years.. And Andy created the perfect tuxedo for me.
I was shopping all over online and all shops in Toronto that I could find, and I never saw one coming close to the one Andy designed for me. I got a black tuxedo designed using a custom pattern for both the jacket and pants, which is very light and breathable. I really like it because most common tuxedos are solid colors, but this one is still black and when looked closely, the patterns shine.
The vest I got is amazing, the front is black but the back is shining red with pattern designs in black.
Andy was very detailed, from making sure that every measurement fit perfectly to getting all the right accessories (shirts, buttons, cuff links, socks, etc) to go well with the suit.. (You can ignore the bowtie in the pictures). He even flew to Toronto (from Vancouver) to make sure everything was measured and fit properly!
I think Andy did this suit in quite a short time too. I needed it within 2 months, which I think is fairly short for a custom tuxedo, and I was still picking patterns for fabrics that he didn't have in stock.
I highly recommend Andy for your suits and tuxedos, or even shirts and etc..Especially when you want something custom and special to stand out. When looking back at all searching and options I did for tuxedos, it was definitely worth going that extra step for the custom design.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm gonna be completely honest here. I never leave reviews. Don't ask me why, I just never get around to doing them. However, with Andy it's different. I've never met someone who is so concerned with making sure I get what I want. He went above and beyond for me. I genuinely can't thank him enough. A little bit about myself, I came to Vancouver in July 2021 from London. I love my fashion and I soon came to realise that the fashion scene in Vancouver is dead. I bought these leather jeans in London and whoever designed it needs to stay as far away from jeans as possible. How can you design leather jeans that are tight around the thighs but boot cut around the calves? Thanks to Andy this isn't the case anymore. He got them tapered exactly the way I wanted them to. You're rarely gonna find a guy who is this good with such affordable pricing. He loves and cares for his clients like no one else.
I buy all my clothes online now and you can be sure I will be taking them to Andy if I want them altered.

Andy was able to talk me through my options with my current blazer, and presented another option of buying a new suit from him for the occasion. He gave me a fantastic price on a jacket and pants he had on hand, and sized me up exactly to my liking. Very knowledgeable during the whole experience, very affordable cost, and was able to accommodate getting the tailoring work done on a tight schedule. Already recommended to family and friends after my first visit, and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andy did an amazing job tailoring my suit jacket! First, my jacket sleeves were too long. Andy was able to shorten the sleeves from the shoulder because of the surgeon cuff (working button holes). Additionally, he gave me good advice and told me that I didn't need to take it in at the waist, which allowed me to save money. Overall, he did an amazing job with my jacket and gave me exactly what I was looking for. His attention to detail and style helped me look my very best! I cannot wait to go back with Andy to design my future suit! If you are looking for an affordable, great service and overall good tailor go to Andy. 10/10 experience!
