Had the worst customer service at this place.. Long story short: I bought a fridge from Eastview Electronics and Audiophile in Scarborough, but needed one with the handle on the right side. They told me at the time that because it is uncommon to have the handle placed on the right, I will have to wait 10 days for a custom order. Which was fine. Then they had some issue with order and delivery, followed by their "one and only" delivery truck breaking down, which furthered the wait time. Finally, 3 weeks later, they delivered my fridge DURING my kids' dinner time. (Yes. Single mom, two toddlers, dinner time!). Thus, I hurriedly signed for the delivery and got back to my kids. Later that evening, I realized that the fridge handle was on the wrong side!! Called the company in the morning and their reply was, "Once its signed we don't take it back." I noted that the receipt in my hand explicitly says "Handle on Right Side". Spoke to the manager (Sandy) and she began to try to explain that it was MY mistake, that I should have double checked the model number she wrote down, and that on the receipt what they meant by "handle on right side" means the fridge door opens TOWARDS the right side! Needless to say, still in shock at how little stores like these can get away with treating their customers as ignorant fools.

Good in store service and nice owners. However, just terrible delivery drivers. Rude and unprofessional. They weren't willing to move my new washer/dryer to the basement claiming there's not enough room for landing when my landing space is 4" wider and 3" deeper than the machine. Not to mention their delivery job was suppose to deliver to my designated spot and do the set up. Most outrageously, you don't yell at a pregnant woman and we were able to get it down ourselves! The owners were able to remove delivery fee for me at the end. However, if I knew this was the service and attitude I was going to receive, I would never have purchased it from Eastview.

Do NOT buy from them. Ordered on May. My fridge and dishwasher been delayed 5 times no update untill you call. Poor communication.

Eastview has good prices and kind in-store staff. But I'll be honest - the cheaper price is just not worth it. Their deliverymen are horrendous (there are only 2 of them so you're guaranteed to have a bad experience). They are rude, unprofessional, and in my case, damaged my newly renovated staircase by sliding my washer/dryer down the stairs to the basement. They blamed the stairs for having such a thin coat of paint. After discussing my experience with the store owner, he told me many customers had similar experiences. When these deliverymen returned to pick up a defective range we had also bought, they confronted me about my complaint to the owner and told me he had gotten into trouble because of it. He argued with me for quite a while, in my home and in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, before he took the range away and left me alone. During the entire this experience, I felt threatened by his behaviour.

Great experience. Bought appliances with them during lockdown and service was excellent. Owner was very nice on the phone and quick to follow up on order status and delivery date. Answered all my questions. Price was great too. Much better than the big box stores!

**** I WILL GIVE ZERO STAR IF THERE IS SUCH AN OPTION *** Went there to buy a washing machine. The staff in store Sandy did a GREAT job. She listened to our needs, recommend a model and her explanations were very details. Thanks Sandy. However delivery was TERRIBLE and was the WORST I have ever seen. The delivery guys were very rude (yelled at us) and unprofessional. They concluded (WITHOUT serious checking) that the entrance to the laundry room is not large enough and is impossible for the old and new washer to go thru. They just left in less than 5 min. We then found an alternate way for the machines to go thru, did all the measurements and show the owner. The owner agreed to send the truck again. But again WITHOUT serious checking they said it cannot be done. I ended up have to cancel the order and have to pay $30 for β€œdelivery” because it is NOT their problem. I went to another store the next day and ordered a washer (same size). Delivery guys from that store were able to remove the old washer and install the new one by using the entrance to the laundry room (which is impossible according to Eastview delivery guys). It took less than 15 minutes to complete the whole thing without any problem.

The staff in store did a GREAT job. However the delivery guys were rude and unprofessional, they came in my house and immediately yelling our doors are too small while all the doors are standard 27inch wide and the washer just perfectly fit, then he said stairs too tight and have remove the handrail. So finally they left the washer in our living room and I got my friends move the washer to the basement without any problems.
