It was only on the job site to fit the drain location and that’s when we noticed the chips. 2. The owner is straight up lying about offering to repair. The only thing they offered was to give me phone numbers of repairs people I can call at my own cost. The store doesn't stand behind what they sell. I bought a $1700 bath tub from them less than a month ago. Given the supply situation I figured that it's good to buy parts early. We finally have the contractors come in today and when we took it out of the box we noticed that the bottom was chipped in 2 locations. They were at the bottom, where it was wrapped by foam, so I didn't see when I inspected after bringing it home. I called the company and was essentially told that they can't do anything and I had to pay for repairs myself. In the phone call they kept referring to their online policy which does not clearly state a return policy but rather "...we will stand by YOU... we need a little help from the customer in the form of a detailed product inspection immediately upon delivery. This will make things much easier if you decide to return the item." I now have a beautiful new bathroom with a chipped bathtub centerpiece. There was no attempt at making the situation better other than telling me that I can hire my own repairs person. For a place that sells high-end bath components, how do they have such good reviews despite this poor level of accountability?

I purchased many items, including Toto Neorest toilets, Kohler smart showers, Fairmont vanities and Tiles. Gagan was knowledgeable and very patient and reviewed several options with me. They offered a great selection and good quality. We are happy with our purchases and the service provided. We recommend Bath Emporium and will use them again in the future. When renovating problems can occur, but their Service was amazing. They provided a quick turnaround for any problems I was having. Thank you again guys.

Aashna was wonderful in helping us select our items. She was knowledgeable and very patient as she reviewed several options with us before we made our final purchase. Prices at Bath Emporium were reasonable. They offered a great selection and good quality. We are happy with our purchases and the service provided. We purchased a vanity here, yes they have a big show room and it's great that they show you the samples. But we have yet to see progress or even a picture of what it's going to look like. We can never get a hold of our sales rep or get a call back unless you continuously follow up. No on site visits and expects everything to be done base of the sketch, not detailed oriented, lack of clarity and communication and through all of this they only have 1 rep that actually does does any customization. Which means no one else can help you and you have to wait for the one guy who never picks up the phone or is available in store.

Jasmeet was very helpful and patient with helping me choosing the right products. She's extremely knowledgeable, professional and assured my order got delivered on time. The best part is you can find all your bathroom and kitchen renovation needs at one place. You won't have to go from place to place looking for home renovation products. I was able to find everything I needed to complete my bathroom and kitchen renovations. They have wide selection of premium bathroom and kitchen products. I ordered a Freestanding Bathtub, Shower Kit, Bathroom And Kitchen Faucets, Kitchen Sinks and Kitchen Appliances. Highly recommend especially If you're doing a home renovation definitely drop by there beautiful showroom in Markham. You'll be impressed.
C	Christine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of high end quality bathroom furniture- tubs, led mirrors, toilets, vanities, accessories, etc. Knowledgeable staff, but prices are rather pricey. They usually do not have the items you want, so you have to order. When the items come in, they call you to pick up, except pickup hours are only open from Monday to Friday from 9 to 5 pm in a separate building down the road from their showroom, with no numbers or signs to inform customers about where the pickup warehouse is, very user unfriendly with poor signage. Many doors to the pickup warehouse, but no numbers on the door, very confusing.
