★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently needed help in repairing /removing old glue from my bathroom floor. I originally dealt with the floor manager who was very helpful and gave me great advice/info on products to use and told me to return if I had further problems. I did, so next I dealt with Phil and Hubert who were extremely helpful and went the extra mile tp contact the sales rep of one of the products I was going to purchase to make sure it would work. They were, polite, informative and professional. These are the reasons why I will always use Lowe's for all my home repair needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cross check every transaction…seems like this store and its tellers are not aware of a smooth transaction.
I visited the store to pay my credit card. Seems pretty straight forward? Teller had troubles with the pos systems, no problem. Once things got straighten out, she ask me how much would I like to pay? I replayed the full mount. I didn’t have exact change, so I gave the teller more money expecting the difference back… she handed me the receipt and no change was given? Seems odd, I ask her why she didn’t give me any change, about $40.00 to be exact. The teller seemed lost so I asked to speak to a manager. A manger came out and I ask her why did the teller not offer me the excess money I gave her above what I owed to Lowe’s? She’s said that since the teller punch in $1600.00 and my total owing was $1560.00 that she could not give me my change back…????? Really. She said to call the Lowe’s credit and I would have to deal with them for a MISTAKE ON THEIR PART,
so much easier for Lowe’s to pass the buck.
So, as a lesson to all. Check what the tellers at this Lowe’s punches in, or their policy is to take your money and send you out the door inconvenience trying it get your own money back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store and very clean. Staff is helpful and courteous. Prices are not bad compared to other stores. If only there are more stores and locations just like Home Depot would’ve been great and that’s why I gave it 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband went there two Saturdays ago to get a retractable screen for the front door and a sliding door for the back door. We wanted to say a big thank you the great customer service he received. I know during this time it can be challenging for staff to always give 110% but the staff who helped my husband were professional, knowledgeable and very happy ? to help him with all his need. Thank you Lowes we will be shopping there all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to shout out Raylene. I was looking to paint my closets but didn’t know where to begin, she helped me through the entire process and even recommended a finish. I’m very happy with my purchase and it’s due to employees like Raylene that I continue to go back to Lowes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online in-store pick up is useless. They will say it's ready but when you arrive they have to call someone to go get it and it takes a long time even when the store is rather empty. Don't bother.
Employees seem to be walking as slow as possible and stopping to chat on the way back to get what you ordered. Extremely slow service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a huge store with lots of things. I looked for a mirror and they had a lots choices. The prices vary and it is affordable. The store is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and offering help. I loved the gardening plants and flowers on the other side. It was lovely. I got some flowers and plants for my home. Thank you so much:)
