Worst place to buy leather sofas. I paid $3500 cash for 2pcs 3 seated sofas including warranty because they said this is custom build sofas. Leon's doesn't give their own warranty for leather, so only we have to deal with third person Zucora Inc. and which has really a Worst customer service. I bought genuine leather sofas from Leon's before 2 years with 5 years warranty. Just finished 2 years and leather start peeling off itself. I called Leon's and they said if any issues with sofa within a year then we can help otherwise you have to email or call to Zocora whichever I didn't know when I bought sofas from Leon's. Now Zocora said if any issues with leather within 2 years then we can help otherwise we can repair for one time as a courtesy. It had been 4 months to getting 2 replies, so it is hard to get them over call or email. I have 5 years of warranty and I am having issues with leather, I don't know what will happen in next remaining 3 years within my warranty. I just want to exchange these sofas or take their sofas back and reimburse my payments. I will be a lot appreciated If anyone can help me what I can do now in this situation.

I bought a king bed with side table, king mattress and mattress cover from this location. The next day after delivery around mid Dec 20201, I found two holes in the mattress. I called them twice. First call didn't go through. Second call went through someone picked up and put me on hold and disappeared. Then I emailed customer service with pictures the next day. I didn't get a return to my email at all. Then I called them again after a couple days. Someone picked up and tried to connect me to customer service but was unsuccessful. But the person who picked up asked for my number and said they will call me back. I never received a call back. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Hence the once star. I really liked the furniture and delivery but the service was horrible. I still didn't get the call back from customer service today and no response to my email. Continued using the mattress as is with the two holes.

Went there to buy a mattress. They have a wide selection. There were plenty of sales people willing to help. I ended up buying the Sealy Posturepedicยฎ Plus Sterling Series Serenity Pro Firm Queen Mattress. The delivery process was fantastic. I received an emailed link to track the delivery, a call the day before to confirm & a 3rd call from the delivery guys when they were 10 minutes away. I was able to watch in real time & was able to know to the minute when the truck was going to arrive. The guys were great. My delivery was super easy on the main floor of a condo. I am sure they have had much more difficult deliveries. My delivery was their last of the day and they seemed in good spirits. I hope the consumers & entire Leon's staff appreciate the challenges the delivery guys have to face daily. I bet you could make a very good reality show of their daily activities. The mattress is nice and firm and exactly how I like it. When sitting on the edge it holds up very well compared to other mattresses I sat on in the showroom. There's nothing worse than a saggy edge! It's only 11" and feels like it'll last forever. The queen size has 1060 coils. Most other mattresses I looked at in the same price range had 700-800. If you like firm and don't care that the mattress is 11" then this is the one for you. Just make sure you have a proper bed platform. Sealy did a good job in how they built this and Leon's is top notch so win/win/win.

our experience here was great! Francis in particular really helped us get the best deal. We were so indecisive with the sofa we wanted and after paying, decided we wanted a different sofa we saw before we left. Francis accommodated us accordingly and was so patient and friendly throughout. He even stayed after his work hours to finalize the sofa we decided on. Customer service is A1 here! Our delivery experience was also so great! They were quick and friendly! The delivery process took a total of 15 minutes or less including assembly. Communication was great - called an hour before delivery with an estimated time, and came at that specified time. Overall our experience was really great and we will definitely be shopping here again!

Worst experience buying a TV stand. Thought I was buying a brand new stand and discover after carrying the heavy box up three flights of stairs and assembling it that one piece was totally rusted and others had scratches and damage. Took it apart and drove it back to return which was a total waste of our weekend. When we spoke to customer service they said they would give another stand, deliver and ASSEMBLE. The stand was delivered but no one from tech called, so I call to follow up to discover the manager would not approve the assembly! Thanks for the customer service LEONS! So at this point we are fed up and decide letโ€™s just assemble so bring it up three flights of stairs again, this time I pulled all the pieces out to inspect because Iโ€™m not doing the assembling and taking apart again, and itโ€™s now not a surprise that itโ€™s got pieces that were used, scratched up and rusted, AGAIN! Now Iโ€™m waiting on my refund and will NEVER walk into a LEONS! Poor products and Poor Customer Service! If you value your time and products, stay away from this place. I wish I read the reviews before I went here, seems a lot of people got damaged products.

I am hard pressed to give out 5Stars as I am a true believer we could always improve, but this morning my dad and I experienced customer service at its finest. The two individuals that delivered my dads new refrigerator were, professional, helpful and friendly. They have definitely demonstrated a high level of having a positive customer experience. As a small business owner, we pride ourselves on the customer experience and these two individuals demonstrated just that. My dad and mom are very happy and wish to pass on their thanks to those two individuals. Wish them continued success. well done !!!

We went here to buy a new fridge and stove.Our experience here was great. Salesperson zeeshan is friendly and helpful. He particularly helped us get the best deal that we can get.Zeeshan is very patient and helpful, specifically when we need to change our order.excellent service and smooth transaction. our delivery experience was great too.we get our fridge quick.we just need to wait more weeks for our stove.hopefully it arrives soon.They have an app so you can track it(the tracking app is in real time delivery )the delivery person is nice and courteous. Overall, our experienced was great. We will definitely come back and shop here again.
