★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is really rude and insensitive and can't deal under pressure. She doesn't know how to empathize and doesn't have tact when speaking on the phone or in person. The waiting room is way too hot making those with breathing problems and those who are clustraphobic hard to be there. The building is inaccessible to those using wheelchairs, walkers and strollers because there is no wheelchair accessible button to enter the building and the office. The doctor is so great though. She is super friendly and helpful and actually cares about you. Which then makes all the other stuff worth the annoyance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being diagnosed by an ophthalmologist for being on the borderline of being able to drive, I visited Dr. Andrea Leung to get a second opinion. She confirmed the diagnosis and provided me with the details of my condition as well as the options that were available. Upon considering all of the details, I decided to undergo an operation to remedy my vision. Dr. Leung provided me with all the details of the procedure, lens selection, the hospital procedures, medication and treatment regime. Indeed, I had all of the information to fully understand, make sound decisions and follow. Also, her staff members including Carolina and Ms. Chan were all friendly and supportive.
I decided to undergo the eye operation for my right eye with full confidence in Dr. Leung’s expertise. The operation went well and I am very pleased with the result. My vision has improved beyond my expectations. Now, I am excited to get my left eye fixed. I cannot thank Dr. Leung enough.
