β β β β β Horrible service and very limited choices of options.
The sales lady had no patience in explaining the options available, which is none. We provided the asked dimension in centimetre and she was annoyed as we did not provide in inch. Shockingly, she commanded me, the customer to convert it FOR HER. As a Chinese speaking human being, she assumed we did not speak English. So she repetitively spoke broken English to make us more uncomfortable.
I would not recommend this store to anybody.

β β β β β i had the same experience rude service with my first visit. Then a friend told me to ask for Sally and the experience is perfect. professional opinion, update and really good price.
i understand it's odd, but this store have 1 star sales and 5 star sales.

β β β β β Customer service is bad, shipping was delayed, they refused to refund back my money, took longer than 2 months to give my own money back, Sally also intentionally avoided answering from my phone numberβ¦ They only answered when I hid my phone number. I do not recommend, waste of time and money 0/10

β β β β β Rude and ignorant. Glad I never bought anything. Can't imagine what their service would be after a sale. Went in last night with my wife to buy all new kitchen appliances. Saleslady was talking to one person at her counter, didnt even acknowledge us. We were the only people in the store. We walked around for about 15 minutes. Saleslady at no time looked our way or said anything to us. we finally walked out and i said to her, "thanks for your help", she just grunted something and never moved from her original position she was in from when we first walked in. Rude, ignorant and classless. I would never go back or recommend.

β β β β β Went to Unionville location. Small store, hardly any room to move around or to look at appliances. I was told the prices were good. The price that was quoted to us for a range was $200 more than the other stores with the exact same model number. I gave them a chance but they failed. Good luck.

β β β β β Very unprofessional. Had dishwasher delivered day after purchase. When technician came to install, he pointed out it was damaged. Sally avoids my calls and I have to find out through the person that recommended her, I now have to deal with the manufacturer!?!? I just bought it yesterday! She should take it back, have a new one delivered tomorrow and she should deal with the manufacturer. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

β β β β β I ordered a dishwasher and was told that it will take a few weeks to arrive. 3 months later and after following up several times, there was still no dishwasher. I asked for a refund and Sally ghosted me. I got a refund by contacting my credit card. I'm a return customer and this is how I was treated. Avoid shopping like you'd avoid covid.
