Bought a new laptop and the staff (Pranav) were patient, courteous, and professional in discussing specifications with me and took the time to answer my questions and help me compare products. It was the kind of customer service experience that left me walking away happy about giving this store my business.

Got aggressively pressured to get the extended warranty by just about every staff member who walked by. Wow! When a simple no didn't work they swapped to using fear. My favourite was the manufacturer is not good on fulfilling their warranty. Which is interesting because why are you selling stuff to your customers if you know the company is bad, or is it the company is fine and this is just some fear rubbish to try and get someone into a pressure buy? If it breaks we will fix it. We build systems normally. "Yes but if you open it up it voids the warranty." You just said they wouldn't honour it so we would be fixing it ourselves anyway. Make up your mind. So clearly there is two things happening here and both are bad. A: For the staff to throw class to the wind and quite obviously be putting their interests front and centre over that of the customer they are meant to be helping says... They are getting a commission on every extended warranty they sell. Has to be. Your there to work for the company but to serve the customer in helping them to get exactly what they need. Putting your own interests first breaks a key element needed when purchasing large ticket items...trust. B: If management is shilling this hard on the extended warranty they don't expect anything to go wrong. They don't push extended warranties if they expect problems. They only make money on them when nothing goes wrong. Terrible experience and there is no need for the User Experience to as bad as this. Could easily have gotten 5 stars but there are some serious issues in your store.

Ordered an open box laptop from this location. Called the next day to pick it up. It was the first time I tried to purchase something from this company, so I was not aware that I would inspect the laptop then confirm purchase after. They confirmed it was there and I went to buy the laptop. They then said it was a floor model, which was fine with me. I confirmed I could come back to pick it up the next day, as I could not wait for them to factory reset the laptop. They then Called me after I got home to say they could not sell me the floor model because it was not discontinued yet, even though my order was confirmed. Will never be shopping here or with this company again. Complete trash and terrible customer service.

If you enjoy purchasing extended warranties on electronics, search no further, this is the store for you. They sell warranties first, electronics second. The staff will be sure to ask you a minimum of 5 times at checkout if you'd like to purchase extended warranties because you'll definitely change your mind after responding "no, give me my product and leave me alone" 4 separate times. The staff will also be sure to give you nonsensical reasons why your online order can't be ready for pickup within a reasonable amount of time because customer service is highly overrated. But that's okay, have patience, grabbing an item off a shelf that's right behind you and putting a label on it is challenging work after all.

Bought a PC on January 3rd/2022 it was pre built, manager had to deal with me for payout seemed like he didn't want to help me out at all, I was pressured by the sales staff to get the warranty I literally said "no" 5 times. Poor customer service at this Location, I only went here because the Ajax Location was all sold out. This place would be so much better if they had better staff that actually want to help customers. If I could give this location 0/10 I would.

Their stock for mainstream/non gaming and specialty items such as mice and keyboards are very very limited. It is also extremely hard to navigate as there are no aisle signs. Would make a huge difference if they did for the overall experience which easily gets confusing and discouraging. Backpacks are not allowed, they can be locked in provided lockers at doors.

I am blown away….. I came in to the service Center with an issue no one wanted to help me with, retrieving, encoding and re-flashing a ROM in my NEW GPU (amd Radeon 6800xt) The guy at the service desk, Donald…… what can I say man. I can’t thank you enough. You really did something nice today ….. and that kind gesture when it came time to pay, I’m speechless. This is the kind of employee every company should be after. I am now gonna make sure I drive (out of my way) to this location for my future computer purchases. As a sign of gratitude and thanks for today. Thank you so much Donald, I could not be more appreciative of the work you did today ??

5/5 First off, thank you Kenneth for the amazing service and suggestions. It was an absolute pleasure my man, the parts and other recommendations you made me a very happy customer. I would definitely shop here again! The location provides an assortment of products ranging from all different brands and all the staff know exactly where each part or peripheral is..
