Location is convenient but parking is sometimes an issue here. Staff are relatively friendly. Store interior could use a renovation. Other than that - it's pretty speedy and gets the job done.

For people that work downtown, the store hours are horrendous. Leaving work at 5pm means that any delays that add to the minimum 1.5hr commute means that making it there by 7pm is near impossible. All the other post offices in the area close at 8pm or 9pm, which is more than enough time for anybody to make it, but this one closes at the worst time.

Went to drop off packages for mail (labels pre printed) and when I asked nicely if she would be able to put some tape over the part that seemed to be opening a bit, she was not pleasant and didn't respond. She continued to scan in my package to process but I didn't want it to go if it wouldn't be sealed properly-- I tried asking again and she kept saying that's your responsibility. If I knew it would be more of an inconvenience or be that frustrating to deal with I would have brought it elsewhere where theyve been nothing but kind and helpful. She ended up reluctantly putting a couple of pieces on. Almost like pulling teeth!

If you need Canada Post services just go somewhere else, they have no idea what they're doing at this place. The first time I had a problem was a few months ago when my boss and I went to pick up a Walmart package. The tracking system said it was delivered but they insisted they never got it. Thankfully my boss insisted a lot and they finally "found" the package. The second time I went to post a pre-paid package. The lady said I had to pay for it. I said it was pre-paid, there was even a "no stamp required" sign on the box. I've dropped the exact same package going to the exact same location before at Shoppers and they took it right away. Seriously, just go somewhere else. They know nothing about postal services.

This place tries to take money from you wherever they can. I went in to ship something from their Canada post center and they charged me $.50 to seal up the box. I hesitantly agreed (as I’ve shipped from UPS down the street - they were generally much happier to help and didn’t charge me for a foot-length of packing tape). When it came to paying, they told me there was a $5 surcharge for using visa. Well, thanks! $5 extra charge for my overpriced $.50 tape! Plus she was rude. Save yourselves and possibly your wallet the headache and ship from another Canada post!

through my long-term observation. the Canada post staff ONLY show "thank you" and "please" to white customers. rude and impatient attitude to coloured people. ironically, they are Asian also. what a terrible place. they should be fired I 100% believe.

I run a jewelry shop on Etsy and about 60% of my customers are from the US. All of my little packages going to the US would qualify for oversized/non-standard rate of $2.95 but the people from this place always charged me $7.18/pkg, claiming that the oversized/non-standard rates are only available within Canada. After a few months I decided to call Canada Post directly and they said there's nothing they can do and advised me to try another location. Well that's exactly what I did have never looked back since! The people here are not very friendly at all. One time I asked them for some tape and they charged me $0.50 for it! On top of all this, they have terrible business hours.

One of the staff at the Canada Post need to learn customer service. I went there to ship an old phone back to the vendor with a QR code. I never done this before so I simply asked if this was prepaid. This is a yes or no answer. Her replied surprised me: "I would have asked you for money right away". That answer and the tone is ridiculous. I will take my business elsewhere.
