★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recieved exceptional customer service from the girl working on June 15th around 6:30pm. Unfortunately, I forget the name on her name tag, but I believe it started with a 'C'. She answered all the questions I had about the products and was super friendly. I wish all customer service could be that great! And the new store looks great, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here right around Christmas looking for 3 specific books. I looked online before I came here and the inventory showed that they had them. Once in the store, I checked the again on the stores computer cause I know the inventory came change. Still 5+ copies of each.
Looked in the rows that the books were assigned and could not find them. Asked a staff member for help and she checked her register as it is the most up to date inventory count and she shows that there are 5+ of each. She can’t find any of them on the shelves and now has another associate looking for them in the back. I wait around for 20 minutes and they still can’t find these books.
I come across another book that I like and tell the girl to stop looking for the other 3. I’m ready to pay for this 1 and leave, but all the staff member are busy with other customers now. I stand at the cash register for 5 solid minutes with my bank card in hand and not one single person comes to the till.
I put the book on the counter and proceed to leave.
Lesson learned...order online from Amazon instead. All 4 books arrive 2 days before Christmas, and we’re actually cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to give a heads up. I bought tarot cards here that had demons painted into the cards. They were hidden and it took me a while to find them but they were very clear once you noticed them. I will never buy anything spiritual here again. I have already thrown them out or else I would show a pic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was Vitamin discout now the prices are higher that other retail stores. While people are stuggling financially it is wrong to jack up prices. Sad to see.
