About Dales Jewellers & Goldsmiths
Owned and run by Bev and Frank Farkas, Dales Jewellers & Goldsmiths in Edmonton, AB offers customer-oriented retail services. Through more than 47 years of industry experience, we have established strong partnerships with an expansive network of jewellery providers. We are also a member of the Canadian Jewellers Association.
Before we opened our Edmonton, Spruce Grove, Ponoka and Hinton outlets, we have owned and operated 60 stores from various locations, Winnipeg to Victoria. We have also been doing retail in the Kingsway area and the West Edmonton Mall since 1976 and 1981, respectively.
Bev and Frank’s daughter, Kerri, is our Operations Manager. She has more than 30 years of experience in the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my wife some jewelry for christmas from this location, very friendly staff at first, but the chain didnt fit any of my wifes pendants and the pendent I purchased unfortunately wasnt what my wife desired. I asked to either exchange for something my wife liked or just return it if they couldn't do that. They said no returns.. they lied and said I was told all sales are final which was false, I wasnt told that from either of the staff on site, i informed them I didnt have my glasses and couldn't read the hand written receipt they gave me and they wouldn't even help in exchanging for something that my wife liked.
Was a very horrible experience, not only did I waste a bunch of money on something I would have hoped from a jewelry store, could be at least exchanged, but had a very upset wife on christmas.
Think twice about purchasing from this outlet. They will tell you stories upon purchase but not the part that all sales are final and give receipts with non legible "final sales" at the bottom of a hand written purchase order.
Spent thousands here over the years. This experience will be the last from these sellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a necklace as a gift from here and the gem was cracked. Took it in same day I got it and they wouldn't do a refund or exchange ! Now I have a day one chipped stone on my necklace. Horrible experience. Don't waste your time ! Go to a real jewlery store. Where they care about the products they sell, and quality as well as the customer.
