★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away, they are clearly profiteering from a supply shortage, and are no better than kijiji scalpers.
I just tried purchasing an AMD 5600x CPU from them, which I had in my cart for $421 (Canadian MSRP is around $419). I called the verify they actually have it in stock, and they won't take my money and put me on a month-long back-order list.
The person on the other end put me on a brief hold, said it's in stock and to go ahead with the order. As soon as they hung up the price in the cart jumped to $485. I called back and said there must be some mistake (instead of calling them out on increasing it), and can they honor the price I had in my cart less than a minute ago. They said there's nothing they can do and it "comes from a system".
As soon as the second conversation was over the price was $505. I hope AMD learns their lesson and stop allocating launch quotas to stores that are no better than scalpers.
