★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually don't have an issue with shopping in store, but terrible online experience, especially with a registry. Somehow allowed me to purchase an item they put on backorder with no date. It's been 4 months and still have no sight of the item. Customer service can't let me return/exchange/cancel the order. Of course, I wrote them a review but they denied posting it. Very frustrated at this point. Waste of money and time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were so impressed by the amazing customer service provided by store worker Leona (hopefully I spelled her name right) she personally attended to me and my husband as we went in blindly shopping for a new duvet, sheets etc. We were so lost and her recommendations were EXACTLY what we were wanting! She also helped us find the sales which we really really appreciated ? We also had a lovely experience with our cashier Shawna (again hopefully I spelt her name right) she was so friendly and personable. Bed Bath & Beyond give these ladies a raise!!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an item from their online store and I needed to spend a few more dollars to get free shipping. I bought a pack of Nespresso Starbucks coffee. The coffee shipped to me was having 2 weeks of shelf life only. I called them and they offered an exchange in store. When I visited their store, all their Nespresso Starbucks coffee was having the same expiry date. Looks like nobody is buying coffee there. The staff was helpful to find me a replacement pack that has 4 weeks of shelf life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so big and spacious and nice - it really has everythibg you need and the quality of the goods are really high. The slight issue is that the goods are a bit pricey but I do love their generous return policy.
And the employees are super nice and the parking lot is very spacious. Oh and I absolutely love the towels selection here too.
