β β β β β Customer experience was fantastic from start to finish. We were in immediate need of a new fridge and Naveed at the Markham location was very courteous and was extremely helpful with finding us a new one. We arrived close to closing and he was more than willing to stay the extra time to make sure we were taken care of. We found a beautiful LG appliance that was available for delivery 2 days after purchase, (most others were 3-4 week wait). The unit was delivered in perfect condition, no dents or scratches and the delivery team was efficient and timely. We would definitely come back here again for future purchases and recommend CAS for all your future appliance needs. Their prices and service canβt be beat! We also purchased the extended warranty.

β β β β β I had a great experience with my purchase at the CAS Markham location. The showroom was clean and inviting with proper covid procedures in place. The delivery was fantastic, Kelvin and Roger made sure that everything was delivered smoothly and had a great attitude as well. We would definitely recommend this location for your appliance purchases.

β β β β β The appliance was easy to purchase. The two individuals who delivered our freezer were so polite, respectful and considerate. They even took the time to take down a hook that we had which allowed them to easily bring in the freezer. That was super helpful since I had a baby in my hands and couldnβt help out much. I would definitely have appliances delivered from CAS again!

She was very patient/professional even when I was not. I'm very satisfied with my purchase! Just a big thank you for solving my problem creatively!

β β β β β From start to finish we had a great experience during the recent purchase of a new fridge. Johnny was the sales rep who met us at the store. He showed us the exact fridge we were looking for and within 5 minutes we were out of the store having paid and arranged a tentative delivery date. 3 days early we were called and arrangements were made for delivery. Elliott and Nick made the delivery and without a glitch took our old fridge and settled the new one in its place...no scratches , no dents and with a great sense of humor as well!. I would recommend the Canadian Appliance Source highly after the positive experience we had. Thank you all for your expert help!
