S	S C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prepshop has been a godsend for me with my busy lifestyle. As someone that has tried other meal programs, this is byfar the best one. They offer prep meals customized to your preferences. Whether you're counting carbs or bulking up, they have many different meal plans made for you. They also offer gourmet meals and the Louisiana Chicken and Pulled Chicken are my favorites. The staff are very nice and accommodating. I like how they offer many different options for anyone that wants a good meal, regardless if you're into fitness or not. I like knowing that I have my meals ready for the rest of the week and only have to pop them in the microwave whenever I want a good healthy meal. You can also buy single meals if you don't want to purchase in bulk. Highly recommend these guys, you won't be disappointed.

It also saves a lot of time not having to cook/prepare my own meals. When you consider the costs of eating out a few times a week, buying groceries, time saved cooking, and the fact your eating well, it's definitely an affordable way to live!

Apart from competitive pricing, food variety/selection, and customer service, their meals always taste great since they utilize high quality ingredients and have great cooks. As a busy individual, I always get my orders on time or earlier. I would highly recommend!

Had the jerk chicken on rice beans and plantain, it was unreal they heated it up for me. I drove 2 minutes down the road, turned around, and went back to grab more. Will def return.

Living downtown and having a packed schedule of meetings in our 'virtual' day jobs, it was hard to find time and more importantly, the energy to eat healthy regularly. Preppacks are nutritious, store well and ready to eat in 1:30mins. Best life hack, would recommend!
I	Isaac Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best if not best meal prep businesses in the GTA, in terms of price/value/health and most importantly taste, I've yet to try something here that wasn't good. Everything is vacuum sealed, easy to re-heat, and the macros are all great. A good variety of choices too if you happen to not eat or enjoy a certain protein type. Most meal prep spots are either subscription based only or charge stupid amounts for bland food. These guys are always on top of their game and the model that allows you to either get things delivered, pick up, subscribe, or just drop in for 1 or 2 meals if you forgot to cook or need something to eat at work makes it my definite go-to. Highly recommended.
