★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's best to arrive in the afternoon I guess. The website says they open at 9:30 am. I arrived at 10:15 to see a posted sign that said they open at 11 am. But they didn't open then. At 11:10 the door was still locked and no lights were on. I didn't want to waste any more time and left.

Now that SONY does not have its own stores, this place is an excellent alternative to ordering online. Must visit. Excellent product selection too. I have made this my go to place for good audio and video products

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought a karaoke mixing amplifier from them 2 years ago and recently experiencing problem on the LR balance. Contacting them and first thing they said was directing me to buy a new one. I rejected it then they said a technician would look into it. There was not a single phone call from them. I called in 2 months later and they replied the technician had been on sick leave... I waited for another month and finally got the amp back. The 3+ months service charged me 60 bucks. However, as soon as I hooked up the amp, the exact same problem was still there. Nothing has never been actually repaired. I called and they said they would follow up. More than a month now and I am still waiting for an answer... Extremely irresponsible service and dishonest business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! I got my PS5 over the holidays and needed a tv with HDMI 2.1. Gave them a call and they were able to hook me up with a nice Sony tv with HDMI 2.1 and high refresh rate for gaming. Highly recommend using them.
