β β β β β Even thought it was nearly full the patients moved through fairly fast. I had Dr. John Chan and my experience with him was great! Easy to speak to, he makes you comfortable and doesn't negate what you have to say. He address all my concerns. I would definitely go back to see him again.

β β β β β Went there with my boyfriend two days ago. Then we experienced the best medical service because of dr. John! He was really nice and with much patience on my boyfriendβs situation. He explained the info that we needed in a clear and easy-understanding way. Except the receptionist entered wrong personal info for my boyfriend.... overall recommend this clinic

β β β β β Amazing staff and Physician: My mom was shopping at Time Square Plaza yesterday morning and felt severe abdominal pain all the sudden. My dad took her to the nearly walking in clinic (Times Medical Clinic). I am beyond thrilled with the exceptional service both reception girls provided. They are extremely patient and understand. They gave me a call and explained the detail. I left work immediately to make sure my mom is alright. Dr. John Chan took the time to investigate and discuss the several scenarios that my mom may encounter and suggested that we should go to the emergency to have a better look. Though whole bunch of tests and scans in the hospital that my mom was diagnosed gallbladder infection and need a surgery to remove it. I am giving the Times Square Clinic a great credit and I was truly impressed with their nice facility and the caring staff. All this adds up to customer service you rarely see these days!

β β β β β Very disappointed with Dr.Ricky Chen. He always rush with his patients. He wants to see as many patients as possible and avoid answer 3 or more questions. I think he only care about money. The more patients he sees, the more money he can make. I really hope he can change and care more about patients.

β β β β β Made an appointment to receive a call between 11:30-12:30. Never received the call, incredibly unprofessional, irresponsible and incompetent.

β β β β β This used to be a great clinic.
In the last year, they've replaced their doctors and have become a farce.
Even if they give you an appointment, they will not actually address your concerns in any way.
It's difficult to explain, but I recommend trying to use them, in order to experience the gimmick that the Canadian health care system has become.
Receptionists should be fired.

β β β β β I have been here twice. Their doctors call me to check what symptoms. And every time , they are in a hurry. They donβt even let me finish describing my symptoms. They really donβt care how patients feel. 3.5 mins per call. I probably just said 10% of my symptoms. They just wanna hang up.
Add up : although it was a bad experience during the call, but after 1.5 months I received a call from specialist doctor clinic. It turns out he did book an appointment for me with a specialist doctor. So increase the stars to 3 stars.
