A	Anastasia Polychronopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Hirji is an amazing and caring doctor. He sent me for an X-ray, for further investigation of an injury that I had suffered the day before. The results of the X-ray were not received by the clinic until later in the day, by which time Dr. Hirji had gone home. I called reception to find out the results of the X-ray and was advised that everything was fine, and that there was no fracture or broken bone. Meanwhile, I have been in extreme pain for 2 days now. The receptionist asked if I would like for the “evening” doctor to discuss the results with me. I agreed. The evening doctor on duty was Dr. Ariana Romanescu (CPSO # 81996). I waited for her to call me, but she never did. So I called back and spoke with the receptionist. I was advised that Dr. Romanescu would not be calling me in the evening as either herself or Dr. Hirji would not be getting paid for their services. She offered for Dr. Romanescu to call me the next day. I declined. I will continue to suffer in pain until the morning at which point I will be calling my family physician. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR URGENT MEDICAL CARE !! Dr. Romanescu does not have the time to call you because she may not be getting paid. She obviously does not care about her patients. It is not at all surprising that she has 9 formal disciplinary complaints filed against her. Other than Dr. Hirji, this clinic is only in it for the money. So much for the Hippocratic Oath !!

My only issue is the doctor suggest me to go to emergency if i want to have a small surgery for my stomach issue, without family doctor's referral or anything, which i think this suggestion may not make sense.

Does it say anywhere we need to book an appointment? No . On the google/website? None . On the door its says “ no appointments needed “ . Showing up 5 hours before closing and they turned me away which is really inconvenient and annoying, I don’t find any reason unless their useless lazy doctors want to go home early and it happened before too , I’ve been going here for 8 years and same issue happened many times . So next time lock the front door so people don’t waste their time coming inside and getting turned away . Very disappointing and unprofessional !!

I first got a phone consultation within an hour; when it was necessary to come in for an in-person assessment, I was again given an appointment within an hour. The fast and professional care really made my day.
M	Masooma Gilani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionists are very nice. The wait time is sometimes long but that's understandable since it is a walk in clinic. The staff is very helpful and kind. But be aware that they do stop accepting patients earlier than 9pm if they are fully booked.
