Always been very happy with the service here. Doctors I've dealt with have always been pretty no-nonsense, so if you're looking for somewhere you can have a nice long chat, they're probably not for you. The benefit of this approach is that you will nearly always been seen more-or-less on time. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes after my appointment time. By comparison. my previous doctor (completely different office) had amazing beside manner, but would regularly run 2+ hours late as a result, meaning a 4pm appointment might not start till 6 or 7pm, turning what should have been a 10 minute appointment into a waste of a whole evening. That's the reason I changed to Uptown, and I'm very glad I did. Walk-ins are more hit-or-miss, so you could be waiting anything from a few minutes to an hour or two, but I guess that's to be expected.

Poor Customer Service, Asking personal questions and when I asked for the reason, THE DOCTOR's answer was "Curious". Also something VERY WEIRD AND STRANGE!!! THE DOCTOR wrote the medication on his card instead of a prescription, seems for me not professional, Not recommended at all.

Went for allergy testing for my eczema, the allergist was professional and incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic, the nurses and staff were so friendly and helpful!!

poor client service, asking my doctor for a simple lettter, that i needed to get back to work. 3 days and counting and i still dont have that letter. (letter to back to normal duties, after my modified work timeline is expired) normally that letter comes out, right after the time when modified works expired). My doctor is so busy she forget to get back on me. Thats why i can't back to work right now.

Because of the action on the phone by doctor Chew (I might write it wrong) my kid is using puff and today in emergency the pediatrician put the asthmatic symptom. Now I wonder how long from today it will take to get the allergic test for her in person? Last month 2 times been in emergency no essential action been taken.

My family doctor is here and I have stopped by this place for years for various reasons and always have had a great experience. They are very organized and specially thought the COVID went above and beyond to keep the patients safe.

If I can give negative star I would give it directly. My baby did allergy test on Dec 4th at lifelab. I sent follow up email on Dec 10th. NO REPLY. Clinic never called me back to arrange an appointment or notify me the result until I called on Wednesday Dec 22nd! According to reception, they were going to call me this week. (only Dec 23rd and Dec 24th left in this week). They scheduled me to have a phone call with Doctor on Jan 5th 2021 because Doctor is currently on vacation which is fine. However, no one called both me and my husband on January 5th. I called 10 times on Jan 6th and 7th and finally got connected with their reception. No one picks up the call and mail box are full forever. This time, they told me oh! Doctor wants to see you in person so we called and left voicemail to cancel phone appointment. The clinic is now closed to for two weeks. We will reconnect you. Hello? First of all, reception supposes to confirm with Doctor which appointment to be booked before notifing patients. Second, reception never called or even left a voice mail. Third, allergy can be threatened to life. I don't understand how your clinic treat it is. I have to extra careful to feed my baby. I missed the called from your clinic today.(1st call from your clinic since Dec 4th 2020) Now I need to restart calling 10 times and trying to speak to the reception. I can only wish myself good luck.
