β β β β β I'm a frontline worker at Kerry's Place that had to deal with him a few times and I found Dr. Chan to be a very cold man. The way he looks down at group home workers is very hurtful and sad. You don't even feel like you're human after being talked to by him. And then people wonder why turnover is so high in group homes and why there's a major staffing shortage.
