L	Lena Yeung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to wait almost two hours when you already have an appointment with the Dr. Definitely Dr. Chung is overbooked because his patients are mainly older people and most do not speak English. You should see on days when Dr. Chung has assigned for removal of cataracts. When I have it done, there were so many patients when I arrived, and it is not funny. What do you expect ,under such condition , good performace from the Dr. I am quitting and would seek the care of a white doctor. At least, I hope that I would not have to wait so long before seeing the doctor and an impatient staff.

Don’t understand why they let people wait for 1-2 hours (personally I waited 1.5 -2 hours both time here.) This is so shameful as getting an eye surgeon is so difficult and you have to put up with it.
M	Michael Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received cataracts removal surgery on both eyes from Dr. Chung in late March and mid April respectively. The surgery was successful and my eyes recovered very fast. I want to thank Dr. Chung and his medical teams and staffs for their patience. They were friendly, helpful and willing to answer my questions before and after surgery. However, the waiting time is rather long and the air in the waiting room is quite stuffy when crowded with people.. In conclusion, Dr. Chung is professional and knowledgable and I will definitely recommend him to others.
S	Stefan Abidin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a disaster. They are greedy and unorganized. We had to wait for over 2 hours with elderly parents, although we had an appointment. But of course they take your money right away. This is not a walk-in place, so dont understand why they make patients wait so long. . Stay away from this place.
R	Ron Tung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to some previous reviews, I find the staff to be very polite and courteous. Because they are dealing mostly with elders, some pretty old who have problems hearing and understanding, the staff often has to raise their voice and speak bluntly so they are understood thus coming across as being rude. This is understandable. Waiting for Dr. Chung is a different matter. Consider yourself lucky if the wait is under an hour and a half. The facility is actually quite clean and relatively spacious - well lit with 5 big windows - but with 25 to 30 people jammed in waiting at a time, due to over-booking or whatever reason, it is a frustrating experience.
F	Florence Kwai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have regular appointments with Dr. Chung. He is kind, professional and knowledgeable. It's truly a busy office since he needs 4 to 5 staff to work busily there. The staff knows what they are doing and work very hard. I wish they will have time to take some breaks. Thank you Dr. Chung's office!!

D	Donna Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front receptionist staff are absolutely rude and have no patience, there was one lady in particular that should be let go. Would give this place zero stars if I was just rating that. Not to mention, people are seeking you to check their eyes (some nearly blind) being dropped off, yet they print the covid-19 questionnaires in such a small font - ridiculous. When someone asked the front staff for help to read the questions instead, I quote, they said "I am very busy, I don't have that kind of time, I have other things to do, and you can take your time to do it." Yet she gives us less than a minute, then checks up to see if the forms are done. "Take your time," yet rushes you. On top of that, they were making snarky and uncalled for comments, in Chinese, very unprofessional. ***However, Dr. Chung and I think it was the nurse/assistant, was great, informative and knowledgeable (10/10). After getting pass the front desk staff, it was very pleasant.
