β β β β β The name always gave me a good laugh about this plaza. I donβt think any Chinese focused plaza gets more than 3 stars because letβs face it, itβs not a high end mall. So expect parking difficulties and your usual strip mall challenges. There is free underground parking which is pretty nice. Read reviews and check the places you want to visit ahead of time. There are some really nice restaurants here as well as some really questionable ones. Do your homework.

β β β β β Times Square (ζδ»£ε»£ε ΄, just copied the name of Manhattanβs βTimes Squareβ) is a popular Hong Kong styled shopping mall in Richmond Hill, Ontario. It is very conveniently located at Highway 404 exit at Highway 7 westbound.
There are ample free parking spaces above ground and underground. Though it is a small mall, it has many varieties of eating outlets, salons, banks (TD and BMO), Hi-Fi stereo store, etc.

β β β β β Being Asian, I have a lot of friends who like to visit this place, especially in the older folks. Honestly, I used to dislike this place because a lot of so called fobs would frequent this plaza. However, it seem the stigma is less of an impact now. Think wish they would make this location much more cool again for the younger generation, as well as the hip crowd. I make it a point to visit here a couple of time a month to help out the local stores here because, it's always sad to see restaurants and local retailers close their doors because of the high rental costs and lack of hungry and loyal customers.

β β β β β It's like being in the heart of Hong Kong except, of course, the weather outside is the same dreary end of winter Toronto overcast rainy dampness.
For a few hours as you wander around thinking - Yes, it's really worth the drive.
The best Cha Shu Bao are here. Better than most of the bakeries in NYC Chinatown. Everything here is a match for Flushing and the parking is a lot easier. The only minus that I can think of is that getting here via TTC from downtown Toronto is an ordeal.
