β β β β β Truthfully one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. I spoke to Lou, he was incredibly helpful in helping me select the right sub for my needs and space. The price was fantastic for the SVS I purchased. They are an authorized seller so I was able to register my Sub with SVS and reap the benefits of their excellent customer service. The shipping was incredibly fast, I received my package morning after I ordered it. These guys are super knowledgable, prompt to respond and work hard to earn your business. Will certainly be purchasing more from them soon.

β β β β β This place is a hit or miss. I had 3 orders that went just fine but this last one has been a nightmare. They advertised a certain speaker as being sold individually which is what I needed. In February I placed an order for one speaker. Nothing. March I emailed them and got no response. A couple days ago I called 4 times and got no answer. I emailed them again and finally got a response. They claimed they can't sell the speakers individually. This completely contradicts what their site say. Their advertising is simply a lie. It is impossible to get a hold of them. Do not deal with them go somewhere else.

β β β β β Was almost scared off by some reviews, however I had an awesome experience, product arrived very quickly and saved allot of money. Actually product was sold out everywhere else and that pushed me to give them a try. Will definitely purchase from them again.

β β β β β Took over a month to ship my order. Order status page was devoid of details. Failed to respond to me via their customer 'support' ticket system, email 'support', or phone 'support'. Order magically shipped the evening that I left a phone message after the previous two options failed to elicit a response or acknowledgement.
Imagine taking a month to ship something when your direct competitor is Amazon. Good luck.

Bought a set of Klipsch speakers during boxing day sale, the price was the best and lowest price, and some other retails will not even try to price match what Electronics for Less Canada offered. The shipping was well packaged and received within a weeks after order placed online. The speakers are brand new from manufacture, not even opened box or demo. No scratches or damages found.

β β β β β I was skeptical at first as I have not heard about this retailer before and the prices seemed "too good to be true" but I was wrong. The entire shopping experience was amazing! I made an error TWICE during my purchase and Mason S. at customer support graciously helped me out in a friendly, professional and timely manner. I would 100% shop here again and recommend it to anyone. Not to mention I have saved around 15% compared to other retailers on the product!!
